Asked for $10 to be put on pump and they put a hold on my credit card for $73 dollars. This should be illegal. My car can’t even hold that much in the tank and I needed my money. Now I have to wait for the pending amount to fall off. Bad business.

The sign outside for gas says $3.49. We paid $3.84 a 35 cents up charge for using a credit card? Not only a ripoff but illegal stay away from these price gouges.

This particular Shell Station has great employees. They may seem a little Grouchie... But they are very nice when you actually engage them in a conversation.
Sarge... he's the shorter older gentleman pumping gas. He's a funny MF when you talk to him. But he comes off like a grumpy old man at first. Tell him a joke... you'll see...

The old guy at the pump is extremely rude and does not listen to what is asked for. Certainly he needs to be educated on how to talk to customers.

To make a long story short: The guy who pumps the gas is extremely rude. I went there today and he harassed me and continued to bothered me when I asked him multiple times to back up away from me and leave me alone. I even expressed to him that I was a young woman and he was making me feel very uncomfortable but he said oh well and continued to be near me. Another employee stepped in and was extremely kind to me and helpful but I didn’t get a chance to fully talk to him because the guy who pumps gas was still lingering and being rude to me. As a young woman I wouldn’t recommend anyone like me to go here and I hope someone reprimands him for his poor customer service and hostile behavior.

I actually go to the Dunkin Donuts inside of the Shell gas station. All I can really say about the actual gas station is that the attendance are always nice and polite they always say good morning to me and the guys that work inside are also the same. They always say good morning giveaway and that's about it. From my experience they are great people very kind and courteous and it's a full-service gas stations well every gas station Weymouth is a full service but they pump your gas so that's always a plus

HIRE NEW GAS ATTENDANTS!! The guys at the pump are the stupidest more ignorant gas attendant I’ve ever come across. I’m literally surprised there hasn’t been a physical altercation over their NASTY disposition. Gross.

This gas station's air pump for tires only accepts quarters. I go inside to the cashier and ask for a roll of quarters. He pulls out 3 rolls and says I can't have any, he doesn't have enough. This station should be forced to upgrade their air vacs to accept credit cards with this kind of policy. I've never had a good experience here. The people who work here also ask for TIPS!

Don't bother with the car wash. I was there on 9-2-22 at 8am. Only the right side of the machine worked with the final rinse and the tire shine machine didn't work. I asked the white guy that pumps gas and you would've thought I just called his mother a bad name by the look he gave me. that place is horrible, never again. oh and there's a number in there on the wall that you can call for problems but of course no one picks up
