“Devang was very helpful! I had a tight turn around, and shipped two things in 2 mins. Devang and the other staff member were very friendly, and greeted me warmly. Thanks again for the quick help!”

“I had a great experience at this Staples store thanks to Gavin! I was returning my Amazon items and I won’t lie, I’d purchased a lot of outfits for my vacation. So when it came time for my returns, I was worried it would be a hassle at the store. I purposely came later in the evening when business was slow so I could take my time, fortunately I had a nice sales associate to assist me. Gavin was patient and helpful during the process, we even chatted about my vacation. It was a smooth transaction and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.”

“The guy that helped me out was extremely helpful and patient with everyone I saw on line. It's crazy to me that they'd hire someone for a government job that can only half a day a week and they seemed incredibly understaffed. Its only because the higher ups won't hire proper staff for him. It's crazy what even the government gets away with. I hope he gets more staff soon that doesn't work on a selfish timeline. hopefully someone will see all these horrible reviews about her and they'll finally get the hint. Time for a staffing change.”

“The two employees who helped me forward my dad’s mail could not have been nicer or more helpful. I don’t get the negative reviews. Lorraine was so kind and called me sweetie pie. Also no line and plenty of parking.”
