Unprofessional and uncaring. I'm still bitter being out of almost $500 because they wouldn't refund me due to Covid. I get that things were tough then but I was ignored and was given horrible excuses as to why I couldn't get a refund. You guys are the worst.

Love Shred's high energy spin classes and their reformer pilates! It's also incredibly convenient that they offer multiple classes a day, making it flexible to get my workouts in! The instructors are all amazing and love the music they play during the spin classes!!!
