“I love this store ! they have such high quality clothing! I buy my nephew clothing here for his birthday and the holidays. The people working here have always been so helpful as well!”
“Small toy store makes grabbing that last minute gift for that Sunday afternoon kids birthday party. They got it all and mostly toys that are safe and educational. Very helpful staff and dad friendly or maybe it's just me favorite is that they'll rap any gift purchased free of charge. My kids are always asking to go there that the only problem. Hah”

“Buttonwood hosted author Keith O'Brien to discuss his latest book, Heartland. There was a good sized crowd on a Wednesday evening as the topic was a special one - Larry Bird.
Keith focused on his early years, when Larry had trouble at home, lived at various places, and struggled to get his life in order. I look forward to reading my copy of Heartland!”

“I feel like I’m in Europe every time I walk into this sweet spot - it is my favorite in Boston. It is full to the brim with treasures - the most beautiful children’s clothing and thoughtfully curated selection toys that you can enjoy in your home and make the most magical gifts. Everything I have purchased there is treasured by me and my children. The owner and her mother who work together there are a dream and such a pleasure to shop with, they have helped me on countless occasions. ❤️❤️❤️”
“Wishbones came highly recommended and I understand why. I brought my shelter adopted dog who I’ve had for just eight weeks. She received lots of TLC from the entire staff. Nicole is amazing. She performed a transformation. We’re looking forward to our next visit.”
“Stumbled in while exploring Beacon Hill, had a very particular ask from our 3 year old and somehow had what we needed. Unique and curated selection of toys, and they did a beautiful job with wrapping it up.”

“This is my happy place! On this visit I was looking for an unusual purchase for me, and asked and associate for assistance. Much to my surprise, he kindly dropped what he was doing and escorted me to the section. When I arrived at the checkout, I was warmly greeted and taken care of patiently.
Thank you for such a great customer service experience. I truly appreciate it.”

“My 4 year old daughter simply does not interact with other people but the folks at this Build a Bear always get her out of her shell and positively bursting with excitement. Having worked retail I can't imagine how difficult it must be to make every interaction feel special when you do it all day long but these folks step up every time for what is a very magical moment for the kids building a new friend. Everyone has been wonderful but Serena in particular really shines!”
“Good selection of items, usually some cute things in clearance, and they recently started ear piercing at this location also.... [the person doing the training worked with Claire's] this is a very cute shop to grab some gifts for loved ones or friends or even events... the variety of things carried is wide.”

“We went into the store today (July 5, 2026), right when they opened, because we needed a souvenir for our visit. The guy behind the counter was welcoming! We explored the first floor and then the 2nd floor where they had more stuff. They have a wide selection of souvenirs, including Boston Celtics, Bruins, and New England Patriots items. There are tons of Boston shirts, sweatshirts, and more! There’s something for everyone!
I would have given it a perfect 5 stars, but we picked up a Boston Red Sox hat. When we got back to the hotel, we discovered that the hat still had the magnetic security tag. Luckily, the store is just a short walk away. I went inside, showed the tag, and explained that we bought it earlier and the tag was still attached. The staff, who had checked us out, didn’t react at all. She seemed a bit annoyed and didn’t apologize or mention anything. You work at a souvenir shop and should smile more!”

“I had a great experience with the staff here! I was looking for a particular car seat that I couldn't find in store anywhere else. I was able to verify over the phone that they had one in stock. The staff let me purchase the seat over the phone so that when I arrived I could do a quick grab and go. The associate who helped me, Emma, was great!”

“Amazing selection of sets and great customer service, definitely recommend checking out if you’re a Lego fan in the area. They also had the 2003 cloud city set on display which was the highlight for me, i didn’t buy it unfortunately. So worth the money though to spend on sets and figs”
