I am tired of using this post office sent a few cards to South Carolina and Florida and they were return to sender not sure why the address was clear to read it's not right instead of the woman at the desk is chewing on something she should pay attention to the customer. It's a disgrace this was a prayer card for someone who was very ill. I am not going to this post office ever again!

The guy that helped me out was extremely helpful and patient with everyone I saw on line. It's crazy to me that they'd hire someone for a government job that can only half a day a week and they seemed incredibly understaffed. Its only because the higher ups won't hire proper staff for him. It's crazy what even the government gets away with. I hope he gets more staff soon that doesn't work on a selfish timeline. hopefully someone will see all these horrible reviews about her and they'll finally get the hint. Time for a staffing change.

Went to get my passport, and the lady at the front desk Denise or Julie, not sure gave me completely wrong information. I went home, looked it up, and she was way off. If you’re applying for a passport, you’d hope the staff would actually know the correct process. She also gave me the wrong prices for checks, which felt a little shady. If you want to fill everything out incorrectly and get denied, this is the place to go. She must be a pretty bad employee considering all 1 star reviews are about her!

Passport service was horrible. The woman seemed to be be on some sort of power trip or just mad at the world. Oh well I hope she ends up having a better day 😃

Was laughed at by an employee when I asked if they could print out a return label I received in an email to return a package to the seller. She acted like the request was asinine. It’s hard for me to understand how the USPS can’t print a label with USPS markings and a QR code on it that she claimed “wasn’t a QR code”. Public services in general are behind the times and this branch is no exception. Rude employee and useless when it comes to a basic service.

Denise is a rockstar. She was very knowledgeable about passport/ state dept info and how to send our passports for renewal. She even helped us save $10 on shipping. Possibly the best post office interaction of my life.

awfully slow services here; as someone who doesn’t trust the outdoor mailboxes i always go inside a post office to mail anything and this facility does not have a slot in the wall inside to directly deposit letters. both attending mail persons should not walk away from the counter to inquire with management about something while leaving 10 people waiting for assistance. at least they’re bilingual.

My area postal guy union point never ever tried to stop by my home or knock door , ring bell for registered signature required post. My home never empty someone from family must there, postal guy always left first attempt slip and we must have to go this post office to pickup mails. This area postal guys must have to train them you are dropping slip at door mail box why don't you knock or ring bell and get signature of person it will take hardly 1minute. We seen he writing slips and we reached him and sought he never turned back and never ever even listening we calling him. I am pretty sure he never carry those letter or packages which is registered signature required, he just carry slips as we seen him empty hands when he going to in his truck. I stopped rewarded them now from this year. every year we rewarded as thank you during thanksgivings and Christmas. I am stopping this reward tradition now from this year seems it's not helpful for me. Amazon FEDEX UPS other drivers if any issue with your package envelops if you call them they turnback and listening you.Also this location sorry to say but some staff are extremely talkative, holding you without reason, I went to pickup my small letter registered envelope postal guy mentioned ready to pickup and date and time, I went there after 3hrs of that mentioned time, those talkative staff never try to look back and just told me oh honey come after 2hrs. they continue their talk. If you can't work properly let other people try there is many jobless people, you guys go home and talk there.

The manager at this branch is absolutely horrible. She informed me that depending on the mail carrier, they can have certain “requirements” from the recipient to be able to receive their mail. And that they can decide, without notice or reason, to refuse to deliver mail if they so wish.. she, unapologetically, enables and allows mail carrier misconduct. And after telling me that sorry too bad, that my mother is out of luck about her very important mail she’s been waiting on the the carrier chose to send back based off his preference, (not legal requirements) she said “it’s fine” that his actions have caused a 74 year old woman serious problems because he “didn’t want to” deliver her mail, that she received it in the same mailbox (her address) for 7 years from an old mailman but there’s a new one and he “has requirements” that he doesn’t have to tell people what they are before he stops delivering their mail for 4 weeks. Btw his reason is that the name was “not” inside the box. It has been there the ENTIRE TIME he blocked it with a piece of cardboard. How convenient he does this during the holidays when people send money. Where is the mail, Janay? it’s been on the same card he BLOCKED it. To STEAL mail and the manager ALLOWS and defends this!
