They really need to update their passport walk in hours at this location because they do not have someone working on Saturday for passports. Very frustrating as most people can’t make it to the post office before 3pm during the week🤷🏻♀️

How about giving people in the greenvale ave/essex st neighborhood a little break.we used to get mail before noon....now we are apparently last on the list because for the last 2-3 years our average delivery time is between 430-530 pm....yesterday it was just shy of 700pm. I'm sure a slight adjustment in someone's route or probably better scheduling on management's part could easily rectify this problem. Thanks

Efficient and friendly service. Dropped off my packages here plenty of times and the clerks always did a great job of keeping the line moving.

Wow! I am visiting my sister here and just mailed out 3 posts. Vin the clerk pick up a mistake on a zipcode I have been using from Thailand for a year. He check the zipcode I had 3 times and mine was wrong. Great service and no wait. Easy peasy in and out. Thank you Vin!

Most efficient post office on the South Shore. Helpful, which doesn’t apply to my local office. Easy parking and never really busy.

Had a great experience at the post office being helped by Raine. She was a pleasant to work while being patient and efficient with our 9 packages the Saturday before Christmas. I will definitely be back to this location, all the employees working were great!

I went to the post office to get a package that had been transferred from DHL. I decided to do this since there is no mail delivery tomorrow. Upon entering and telling this to the woman, she rudely asked how I knew there was a package for me. Then when I forgot to bring the tracking number, she said "Well that doesn't help me." She did find the package when I gave my name and address. I would think packages arriving on a certain day and time should be sorted. I have not always gotten this treatment, but I was really annoyed.

They say your package was delivered but it isn’t delivered then try to make excuses why it can’t be delivered…. To where now I have to go there in person to pick up my mail but I work full time so I have to wait a week or longer to even pick it up in person. I’m so over it. Such a headache.
