I sell on eBay occasionally and I drop off packages here on my way to work. Earlier this year I brought in a package that *already had a paid label on it*, and the lady at the counter (seems like we're all talking about the same person per the other reviews) told me that it's a few lbs too heavy and I would need to come back with a different label because she "cannot accept this"
I've dealt with USPS before, and if there's a discrepancy like that, they just bill me later. It's marginal and it shouldn't be gatekept by the counter like that, unless it's a *massive* difference.

My wife just went into this location yesterday evening, and the lady was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She uses crass language and doesn't seem to know how to properly do her job, nor how to properly represent a federal business. My wife left in tears. Needless to say, we will no longer be using this as our store. Highly unprofessional.

Old nag just tryed to tell me I've never sent orders out the way I just tryed with them. I'm a business owner and I've made 85 orders just fine how come this is now the second post office in Weymouth that has given me a hard time. There's one address on it I don't really care how it's sent just send it to the one address. Returned, shipped whatever not that hard it's a very simple job. Sorry your social security does cut it and you need to work a job you don't like

A convenient location with adequate parking but the most rude, slow, unhelpful counter staff and inadequate DIY materials for things like Priority Mail shipments in the lobby. Go elsewhere.

I would love to give my Post Office 5 stars but it's hard to do so when on my camera I watch the postman give my packages to the neighbor every single time if they could read the names on the boxes we'd be all set

I'm a big fan of this place and whenever I go there to mail something, I go inside because the people who work there have always been pleasant and helpful and I'd rather talk with them than just drop a letter in one of the mailboxes right outside.

I am shocked to read the negative reviews about this US Post Office location. I have only ever had positive experiences here. The clerks are always helpful. No grumpies here!

The clerks here are miserable I work at the post office and I would never treat anyone the way the clerks in East Weymouth treat people. Go to a different office where you can be treated like a person.

USPS needs younger people to run, or if this is too much to ask for, roll out some AI, I instead work with a robot. Sadly but truth every time I go, they give me so much attitude; why? Because they have been there long enough, not concerned about getting fire? The only time I get good customer service is when I go to the Quincy center location, they have younger people there who provide much better service and, of course, a warm smile. East Weymouth location is a failure with these people inside who are heartless, cold faces and bad attitudes.
