Tcc store weymouth 522 main street has to be the worse store ever. I pay 500 plus dollars to pick up my phone and the employee working there has no idea how to accept orders. i had to get a full refund for a order that was fully confirmed by a rep. never again will go here again.

Whoever is running this location needs to get fired. I went in on 12/13 at 8:15 pm to do a simple WiFi extender drop off. It took me 20 minutes to drive to this location to be told by whom ever was running the store that night that they actually close at 8pm. Mind you, the person running the store was actively FaceTiming someone upon my arrival and looked very high and under the influence. This is not ok as I did not encounter these issues at Xfinity, all for a little bit more speed. After scanning the QR code on the Verizon door, it confirmed that the closing time was 9pm. We drove from Boston to this Verizon store due to the great comments. My husband and I were NOT disappointed. We had Vincent who sold us the new phones simply amazing. We went last Saturday to pick up our order and met up with DeAndre & Farah WELL WORTH THE DRIVE! The customer service was truly AMAZING. Thank. you all for making my heart happy some people still LOVE what they do for a living and it shows at this Verizon store.

Vincent was extremely helpful with upgrading my iPhone and added 3 brand new tablets for our business with their current promo deal. I’ve had frustrating experiences in the past upgrading devices and purchasing new ones, but this time around was completely painless! He was thorough, efficient, and extremely supportive during the entire process.
