I printed pictures of my cucumbers I grew and the worker Kim said that I couldn't print prolific photos. Like mind your business and how Is a cucumber prolific im proud of the veggies I grow. And I don't come here to gossip either like why do I care about a pizza driver sleeping in his car? Like is he bothering you? No. Learn better customer service

Very inefficient store. I switched to this pharmacy about two months ago. The first time I went, the pharmacist said they didn’t have my prescription despite the fact that I had a confirmation saying it was ready. The next time I went in there to get photos printed. I got a confirmation and a time that they would be ready. Again, I go, and they can’t find the order despite me having a confirmation for the correct store. I then tried to call the pharmacy today (because they called me twice and didn’t leave me any voicemails to tell me what was up), waited on hold for a half an hour, then gave up because the staff all went to lunch and wouldn’t be able to take my call for an additional half an hour. I then went in-person to pick it up, was told it wasn’t ready and to come back that afternoon. I came back that afternoon and they’d still not filled it. I live across the street from the store, but I’m so irked that I’m probably going to find another drugstore entirely.

Always a pleasant experience when ever I stop by to load money on my account but specifically today Sheryl spotted someone who was short a dollar paying for something they needed. Need more people like her in this world!

I’ve used maaany Walgreens pharmacies throughout the country and have been a loyal customer (and former employee) of Walgreens for over a decade. This Walgreens pharmacy is by far the worst one I’ve ever used. Consistently fails me and my medication regimen.

I recently visited this Walgreens, located at the corner of Washington St. and Middle St., in Weymouth, and I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. As I entered the store, I witnessed the cashier and, what I believe was the manager, loudly arguing with a customer who was showing his driver's license. The scene was so disturbing that I immediately turned around and went back to my car.
As I was leaving, I saw the customer coming out of the store, looking upset. Out of concern, I asked him what had happened. He explained that he was simply trying to return an item. Noticing his demeanor, I inquired if he had a military background, and he shared that he is a retired Army veteran.
As someone from a military family, I was deeply disappointed—and quite frankly, disgusted—by the lack of respect and professionalism from the staff, especially towards someone who has served our country. If the manager was involved, it was her responsibility to de-escalate and defuse the situation. The veteran status of our military members is clearly displayed on their driver’s licenses, which the cashier seemingly ignored.
This experience has left a very negative impression, and I sincerely hope the Corporate Management takes appropriate action to address this issue.

They sell food and drinks but they don’t have a trash can inside or outside. Also the pharmacy close too early.

Went in to grab a few things with my daughter as I was taking her home and she needed to stop. Clean found things easy. Inventory seemed full for the sections we where in. Saw a nice deal on something so ended up getting didn't plan but the special was on for 2 and if I bought a 3rd I got an additional 5 off plus I had a 2 rewards bucks so was a no brainer

Very slow, they do not fill out prescription in timely manners. waste a lot of time. People in the pharmacy are so muddy and disrespectful. They even lie about script not being received to cover up why there are no ready with refiling.

Carol was AMAZING. She was trying to do several things and I couldnt find anyone at photo or anywhere else in the store to help me and she didnt hesitate to drop everything to help me. Usually my visits are so so here but Carol made all the difference today

Great place they have everything you could possibly need. The only issue is that sometimes it's hard to find an employee, but I chalked it up too, everybody being short-staffed, so I won't take that out on the company. The people working over very friendly and helpful it was very fast in and out I grab what I needed there was somebody there to cash me out I also love that they actually have people to cash you out and not machines. I'm a very happy customer. I go there all the time and I will continue to go there.

The document printing service is unreliable. My same-day pickup order (one page black and white) is still not ready 30 hours later. I went into the store and it's really not ready. The employee was unbothered by it. Obviously I need the document.

Called at 8am on 11/1/22 to see if they had a cough syrup that was on back order at every CVS. They had one bottle left. MD sent script right over. I went there about 45 minutes later to pick up. The young lady up front was wonderful. She did not have my insurance info as I use CVS but she looked it up and ran it through for the coverage before I even got there. Waited no more than a few minutes for it to be ready. Best experience I have had in a pharmacy.

Super slow! Unable to keep reserved appointments for vaccines. Everything was asked to be done online and was but Stull had to fill out the paperwork at the appointment! Get it together, and stop wasting my ti.e!!!
