They NEVER have medication in stock. And it's not just one or two medications.. its every single one almost every time. They never answer the phone in the pharmacy and they barely greet you when you show up.

One of the worst pharmacies around. Every prescription is a mess. Just waited 15 minutes for a prescription that was done 3 hours ago and they sent an email saying it was ready. Last visit it took three weeks to get a prescription that was never ordered despite me calling about. I was hung up on after the third call.

The supposed Operation Manager of the Pharmacy Anne was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Condescending, angry, it seemed as if she did not want to help me at all! My dentist placed a prescription and left a voicemail specifically, which I was told, however when I told them this information, they did not wish to check the voicemails and in fact got very irate and said that they do not have voicemails. I asked to speak to a manager due to her rude tone and she quickly and happily informed me that she was the Operations Manager. I went to the cosmetics clerk, Sue, who was very polite and courteous, if there was anyone who ran the store that I could speak to. The Store Manager (Scott I believe his name was) was super friendly and helpful and informed me that they do indeed have an option for a voicemail to be placed. Anne, you should be ashamed of your bad attitude thinking that you would not get called out publicly for your poor manners. It is a sad, sad world where basic human decency and courtesy is thrown out. And you had just gotten back from your lunch break as well! Shameful behavior.

All around worst pharmacy. Finally left after they tried to give me 5 different reason to not fill my order. First it’s out then it not out but insurance doesn’t cover it. I already knew that and told them I have a savings card from manufacturer so I will pay out of pocket. The. The excuse was they need a code from dr who sent prescription in. Both my dr and insurance said they were blowing smoke up my behind. Then they were out again. They have never been great but that was the straw.

Ughhhh I really wanna like this pharmacy bc it's so close to my house but the actual pharmacy services seems perpetually understaffed or overworked or something. Any time I talk to an actual person, they are clearly friendly and trying to be helpful, but unfortunately the pharmacy services just suck. I just sat on the phone and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and they never have my prescriptions ready. Meh

Done with this nightmare Walgreen’s location in south Weymouth MA. Miserable girl working today has been an absolute nightmare every time we deal with her. Moving my business to CVS. We don’t need to be talked down to or insulted by some young employee that doesn’t want to be bothered when she’s being paid to work.

I've been filling my prescriptions there for 15 years. The service wasn't always consistent but speaking for the past 5 years I've never had any problems. The staff members that handled both my booster shot and covid test were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.

A complete dumpster fire of a pharmacy. The staff is rude and unprofessional, especially at the drive thru window. They don't inform you when an Rx is out of stock or back ordered, and when you finally get through on the phone, they are defensive. Customer service is a must in this business, but I guess the current staff has missed that memo. It's disappointing as it used to be good. Do better!
