“I was not too sure about trading my jeer grand Cherokee in for one with less miles. In sales I dealt with David S. Nice guy.! The day I went to pick up the car, everything seemed to be fine. Drove off the lot. Got a few miles out and all of a sudden engine light came on! Drove back to Lia in Northampton very upset. Then I met Joseph Debuc service guy. I’m pretty sure he saw I was SO disappointed. My anxiety was high! Joe gave me a loaner to use until they could find what was wrong. It took a few days but thanks to Dave S and Joe all was fixed. And Dave S was my salesman. Keeping my fingers crossed that all is fixed, thanks to Joe D keeping my cat!”

I brought my 2001 V70 T5 to them with the intent to stop the many oil leaks, which they did very successfully. What I already asked was a somewhat large job, but they replaced many other worn and leaking parts while already in there. Even being sent pictures of the car as it was worked on with updates was awesome. Very good quality work, Greg and Brian know EVERYTHING Volvo & Saab. My new go-to, I can't recommend everyone at Indie Auto more! 10/10.”

“At O’Briens I got an oil change, an exhaust replacement and rear suspension enhancement for my Toyota Tacoma. This summer, parts came in piecemeal but I could wait for everything and come in once. I towed my trailer before the work and thought I was going to die on the hills to NY. After the rear end work and exhaust replacement, I was king of the road, man. No hesitation, steady ascent from here to Binghamton. A good reliable result for 16.5’ trailer towing. I came in to the next door business for my trailer and Todd was sure to check my ubolts for tightness without my request.
Charlie, the senior customer support dog, was extremely attentive while I waited.”

“I took my car to 3 different mechanics to fix my heater issue in my 2017 Chevy trax, they all told me I needed to take it to a dealer (the dealer quoted me $2k to fix the heater), that’s when I found Greg’s Auto Shop. When I called, he took the time to hear me out and set me up for diagnostics based off our conversation.
I wasn’t sure if he’d be able to fix the problem but he had the heat fixed that day! And for less than half the price! Fair, respectful and gruffly funny, sorta like Santa after he fought in the war. After working with him for almost 30 years I'll tell you that he never overcharges. You never have heart failure when you see the bill. Do yourself a favor and check him out. You might actually be glad that you need new brakes!”

“Had to take my car there twice for the rear end. First time (pre-covid), my wife was driving my car and an idiot on an icy road plowed into the back of the car. They fixed it (obviously the other drivers insurance paid for it) and then work was done well and in a timely manor. Second time, I was driving and hit from behind by a driver on their phone. 1812 informed me that due to supply chain issues the part would take a while to come in but they had everything ready to go (they painted the part ahead of time to match my car) so when I brought in my car it was only there for one afternoon. A+ service in my book.”

“Mike is an amazing mechanic and a great person! I had a problem with my car and I told him what I thought was wrong with it, fixing that problem would have cost over $500. When Mike looked at the problem it turned out to be a relatively simple fix and only cost about $100. He could have charged me a lot more if he made unnecessary fixes and I wouldn’t have known but he did the right thing. Great guy! Best mechanic in town!”

“Nate is amazing, extremely knowledgeable, honest friendly and easy to talk to. This is the third time I’ve brought one of our vehicles to him and each time my wife and I are amazed how fast he can get it done and pleasantly surprised how reasonable and realistic his pricing is.
He has fixed each issue the first time, no hassle no mistakes. This time he fixed a bearing issue and aside from his usual quick service, I most of got extremely lucky with timing because I brought it to him at 12pm and got it back at 3pm!
Last two times were also extremely quick especially when compared to the other nearest mechanics and their ETA. I’ve also had Nate resolve issues I’ve had with rotors, brakes and radiators.
Anything car/SUV/ truck related I will always go to Zononi’s, thank you Nate!”
