We just had our brand new Catalina Legacy Edition delivered by Orchard Trailer in Whately, MA, and couldn’t be happier! From the moment we first visited their lot a few weeks ago to today’s delivery, the entire team was outstanding to work with.
A special shout-out to Mike, the sales manager, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made everything seamless. When our trailer was delivered, Mike handled every part of the setup — from placement and leveling to final walkthrough — and made sure we were 100% comfortable before he left.
We’ve been working with Orchard Trailer since 2009, having purchased two Rockwood Roo’s and now our Catalina — and every experience has been exceptional.

Spoke directly with Tim Divoll about ordering a Rockwood travel trailer. He sent me pricing and then didn't respond to multiple emails afterwards. Not great. I will simply purchase elsewhere and I recommend everyone else do the same!

Great overall experience with Orchard Trailers. Jake never once pressured us to make any decisions, only provided us with all the information we'd need. We got the best price I had seen after searching for a specific travel trailer. Jake helped us through every step of the purchase process, including going above and beyond to help with a picky insurance request. He took a couple hours to go over the new trailer and I left feeling confident we know how to work everything. Spencer set up our brake controller and weight distribution hitch, and showed us how to safely operate both. I'd highly recommend Orchard Trailers. You're getting a much better experience than the big dealers.

I was camping 2 weeks ago and realized my camper was two small. I called and spoke with Michael and he was so helpful. Went over budget, needs and interests. Within 2 hours, we picked something up. Two days later I dropped off my old camper and traded up. There was no haggling or games / and NO PRESSURE. We got the camper we wanted and I have never been given such “white glove” treatment. From start to finish, it was such an amazing experience. Highly recommend!!!

Orchard saved our trip! Our 5th wheel brakes weren’t working properly as we set out this morning. We called, they said come on in and replaced our brakes right away! Friendly service and reasonable cost. We would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!
