“They arrived on time, worked at a good pace while being gentle and respectful of our fine furniture. And they were friendly and pleasant to have in our home. They were able to take apart the beds , yet the Ideal company should supply them with battery operated screw gun. We loaned them ours to make it an easier and quicker move for all.Ideal Movers move me into my home in the 1990s and their service remains the best.”
“Just moved my stuff in, so this review is incomplete, but so far the experience has been positive. I had a question and called, but no one was there, so I filled out a form online and got a callback within the hour. (This is a very different experience than ones I've had with other local self-storage companies. Cough, cough, pioneer valley self storage, cough cough.) Very polite and helpful. Move-in went smoothly. You get a gate-access code to the facility, and then it's a short drive to your storage area. My one complaint is that if you're moving in at night, the lighting isn't great. They have some lights, but they are unevenly spaced and don't fully light all of the units. So if that's your situation, then it might be useful to bring a flashlight. But otherwise, everything has gone very smoothly. Also, the price is quite a bit lower than many of the other self-storage facilities in the area.”

“We had used Sitterly for a move 6 years ago from the western Mass to Cape Cod. They did a great job then so when we had need for another move we called them again. I didn’t think they could improve their already great service but our latest experience was even better! We had no stress at all! Since our move was complex in nature, general manager Brian and sales rep Joe came to our home on Cape Cod to help us plan our move. Besides our home, there were 2 different locations we had belongings in storage. The location was convenient and once the potholes were filled, it was easy to get in and out of. The one challenge I had was when I went to the facility and found all the numbers removed from the units due to painting or siding. I did locate my unit successfully, nonetheless.”

“Great experience. The website made it easy to monitor the rental. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. When I went to pick up the truck for rental the staff was swift and efficient. I was in the truck and ready to go in about 15 minutes. The truck was great and worked as expected and I was able to get all my work done.
Very good staff on site. I had a great experience and I will rent from here again next time I need to move something.
