We are in the process of working with different contractors on doing several jobs in our house. While talking on the phone to set up an assessment, our toilet water supply line broke and started flooding. They immediately helped us find a plumber who came by within 30-40 minutes of the call (we just moved here from out of state so we do not know of any handymen). Not only that, we received a call the next day to make sure everything was okay. So though I cannot speak on the quality of the work (yet), I can speak on their customer service and care. From this experience alone, I feel if anything were to go awry in a project as they do they will take care of the problem and make sure we the customers are satisfied.

We did a second-floor bathroom renovation and Sean was very responsive and flexible-- and he kept the project costs very close to the initial estimate. The tile work in particular came out great and we'd be happy to work with him again.

I had Sean and his crew do some tree work for me. They did a great job. I think they can do anything. I will definately use them in the future.

Had them come and give a quote for a tub/shower combo conversion to just a stand up shower. After about 2+ weeks they say bathroom was done. We walk in the bathroom to find another tub/shower combo installed...the shower head not only leaked but sprayed over the shower curtain onto the floor, tub looks used due to numerous rust stains and sections of tub chipped away and painted to try and cover it up, tub faucet only turned so little made it difficult to control temperature, new vanity also had damage around edges, sink faucet was never tightened down and some of the newly installed tiles stick out way further than others. Contacted company and they were aware of leaky shower head but never told us until we mentioned it, sent someone out to replace it and it still leaks just don't spray over curtain anymore. Told company about tub damage and was told it was new and they would reach out to the tub company which they did and we were given an option of repairing current tub or $160 refund. So $18,000 later im left with a bathroom that looks no different than my old one with the exception of tile and a different vanity!! I along with my sister have been reaching out to company for over 2 weeks now about rectifying the situation and have been ignored!!

I'm SO happy with the services Rattigan and Sons has provided me so far: tree removal, new electric outlets in the basement, and new storm doors. Jody is very attentive and Sean is professional and a gentleman. I'm brand new to my area and they came recommended from a new neighbor. I'm very satisfied and looking forward to more work with them as different house projects come up (and they will). Thanks!

This review follows the 4th completed project done by this company and we will continue to welcome them back in our home. Sean the owner always brings a great crew; They refinished our basement, kitchen, living room floors and now back deck. Their skills are astounding in a way that marries fast and efficient quality work on our budget. We're so thankful for the team and owner staying true to his word, came in- cleaned up, and upgraded our home beautifully.

I can not begin to express how happy I have been with my choice to have Rattigan and ***** **** install a new bathtub and surround, as well as stripping and replacing our roof. The owner, **** Rattigan, has been wonderful to work with. Their ******* and workers are very professional and thorough! They were respectful of our property and our needs. When we discovered a leak to part of our roof, I began calling every roofing company I could find to try and fix the issue asap. I had left various messages, with no one calling me back. Out of the blue, I saw a work truck from Rattigan & Sons and called them. I was immediately called back and a time was setup to come take a look at the leak.Obtaining a quote was fast and simple from start to finish. Rattigan & Sons have great communication with their customers and offer great rates/quality work in a short amount of time. We will definitely use their services again!
