“I could not have asked for better service. I broke a leaf spring on my 5th wheel coming in to Sturbridge. Called Brian at Spring Rebuilders just as they were closing and he did the best he could to match a spring, but it was an inch too long. He was able to order a direct replacement for me (I purchased 4 new springs) and had them at the shop the next day. A few other shops tried to help me but couldn't when they found I needed a 4000 lb spring. The customer service I received from Brian was outstanding. Thanks you!”

From my first phone call to picking up my repaired car, was a very seamless experience. The staff here is incredibly nice and easy to work with. Aside from my initial contact with my insurance company, they took care of all communications with them for payment. I literally dropped my car off and picked it up with no hassle. The repair work was impeccable and I was told to contact them with any issues. It was so refreshing to work with a company that literally took care of everything! “The lady behind the counter tested my battery and confirmed it was weak but charged. She showed me 3 options for my battery. All were a stronger cca rating than my car's factory battery. Chose one with no sales pressure. There was a small installation fee. An OBD setting saver device was used during replacement. The new battery cleared the check engine code my car had. My online Google search had shown the code could be caused by a weak battery!”
