“Not cheap and that’s for a great reason - the quality of work is wonderful! I have used them for many years and never had one button broken or asked for something to be redone. Parking can be painful - but downtown in general is painful to navigate. Their attention and care is great and I’m happy to support the local business! Thanks!”
“Everything they have ever done for me has come out professionally and a perfect presentation. From curtains and rugs to clothing and pocketbooks. Suede or leather always been very happy. Really nice people. Best cleaners ever!”

“Had my suit tailored and dry cleaned, Sam was a great guy to talk with, and the suit came out better flawless, will definitely continue using King and Queens for all my future needs!!”
“As a truck driver this place makes you feel special because they have different areas for you versus regular people. Also laundry showers. Friendly I’ve seen a lot of trucks over the years, but definitely one of the nicer ones.”

“Best laundromat I’ve found in Worcester so far. Clean, friendly staff, rarely machines out of order. The dryers are amazing in comparison in laundromax and the likes. Will fry your clothes really fast. You don’t have to use a load money onto a card or use coins, you can pay with your credit card right on the machines! Lots of seating and there’s a really affordable grocery store as well as dollar tree next door if you want to knock out multiple errands at once. Really recommend this place.”
“I had my suit cleaned for a family funeral and had forgotten my dad's gold wedding band I was given when he passed away was in the pocket. I was shocked when they said they found it cleaning the suit and gave it back. Such a simple gesture but yet so rare nowadays. I will be forever grateful to these honest people and wish all good things on them.”
