“The staff was phenomenal, felt so welcomed. This shop was jam packed of new and interesting items. Everything we bought was delicious, the wine they recommended, the crackers, the cheeses, and all 3 jam flavors, although the Lava salt we got is definitely the family favorite”
“The owner is such a good soul and I only chose to go to his store out of any other shops around my town he is so uplifting and does not make you feel anything but positive vibes God bless him and his beautiful wife”

“A&B Liquor is one of those places that sticks with you long after you’ve moved on or changed your routine. Looking back on the time I spent shopping here, what stands out the most is the incredible staff behind the counter. They are genuinely nice, friendly, and remarkably intuitive. If you’re in the mood to chat, they are wonderfully conversational, but if you’re having a quiet or tough day, they offer a completely nonjudgmental space and just let you shop in peace. That level of empathy and customer service is rare.
Beyond the welcoming atmosphere, their selection is fantastic. They keep all the reliable basics perfectly stocked—from everyday wines and beers to standard hard liquors—while always having an awesome variety of new things to try if you want to branch out.
Even if you only drop in occasionally, this is a phenomenal, community-minded business in Worcester that deserves all the support.”
“Local liquor store with a decent variety of local beers. The tall boys are a little overpriced but that just may be the area. Anyway it's a good little liquor store that has a variety of alcoholic beverages. Surely something here for everyone no matter what their preference.”
“They have a large variety of items. The bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin was really good however the top English muffin was very small for some reason. The owners are very friendly and nice.”
“Above and beyond for their customers. Curbside ordering during the quarantine. I can't stress how thoughtful and caring this business is in regards to it's employee and customer safety.”
“The only reason that I am giving five stars is because of Steve. Steve holds down the fort, his knowledgeable, dependable, and reliable. Everyone loves him. If he left, I would probably never go there again. I certainly hope that the owner of the store is compensating him well for his over and above Loyalty And responsibility towards that store. Always value your stuff because without them, you’re nothing Steve deserves a big bonus .”
“great, friendly staff. fantastic selection of beers, wines, liquors, mixed drinks, you name it.
there are occasionally local vendors who you can sample – a great chance to try something new.”
“Always my first stop for beer wine and assorted spirits! The owner's great. But the dog's are a double scoop of okay!
Edit: The Dogs are one of many reason I make the stop, they are great!”
“What an *actual* hidden gem!! I've been by this place so many times but never knew this store even existed. The front seems underwhelming but once you go in, it's one of the nicest, cleanest liquor stores I've been in. A perfect "one stop shop" if you're looking to make a nice dinner, grab some alcohol and even dessert. They have all kinds of specialty foods, meats, cheeses, ice cream etc. Along with EVERY kind of liquor you're looking for. High end tequila, craft beer, wine I mean this store has it all going on. Bonus points for the country music playing also. The prices were priced right on everything and I'm definitely impressed by such variety. The lady working was so cool, so sweet. This is for sure one of my new favorite places in the area I'll definitely be returning!!!”

“I was on a business trip in this area this past summer, and this store became my favorite after-work stop. For a smaller store, the selection is pretty broad, and the workers here are all top-tier human beings.”
“Really good Lstore for its size.Stuff is really nice and hepfull.Plenty of parking and there are businesses in close proximity. Like pizza place , barber , wallgrins etc.”
“Their variety is quite robust for such a small place. They only lack many non-alcoholic beers but that is irrelevant compared to the great import selection. Friendly staff and great pricing as well.”
“I go here all the time and the owner makes sure to have everything I want in stock and orders things if I ask for something they don't have or didn't previously carry.”
“Convenient, friendly, cheap, and good quality. They have a wide variety of options for everything from wines to whiskeys to liqueurs, even having been one of the few places I found green chartreuse. Their prices are also pretty good. Significantly lower than some of the other liquor stores close by. Definitely check them out if you’re in need of some alcohol and happen to drive down 146-South.”

“There are plenty of other options in Uxbridge area, but this is hands down the best combination of selection and price. Staff is super helpful and will order anything for you they don't have in stock.”
“2nd time here in 10 years. Just because I don't go that way on a regular basis. Small, neat, clean and friendly atmosphere. The woman who was working was very, very nice. I went in for a specific item so i didn't look around at all the products. I will be going back to familiarize myself with products.”
“When ethanol enters the human body, its metabolism begins mainly in the liver through the action of alcohol dehydrogenase. This enzyme oxidizes ethanol to acetaldehyde, a highly reactive and toxic compound. Acetaldehyde is then further processed by aldehyde dehydrogenase, which converts it into acetic acid. Acetic acid is a much less harmful molecule that can be funneled into central metabolic pathways. Specifically, acetic acid is converted into acetyl-CoA, which then enters the citric acid cycle, contributing to the generation of ATP, the cell’s main energy currency. However, alcohol metabolism is energetically inefficient; while it does yield some ATP, the process also generates excess NADH, altering the cellular redox balance. This imbalance inhibits normal pathways such as gluconeogenesis and fatty acid oxidation, which explains why heavy drinking often leads to fat accumulation in the liver. Additionally, the buildup of acetaldehyde contributes to hangover symptoms and long-term liver damage if exposure is repeated. Thus, although ethanol can be oxidized to produce energy in the form of ATP, the toxic intermediates and metabolic disruptions make alcohol metabolism a significant biochemical stress on the human body.”
“Super - I was able to order online, my stuff was ready when they said, and pickup was super easy! This was not my first purchase - I wanted to make sure that it wasn't a fluke. But after several purchases... this is my go to liquor store! Great selection, great service.”
“What a great spot. Always positive people behind the counter. Very personable. We stop here every Friday after work. They have a massive variety of spirits, wines, and beers. I've been coming here for years and it feels like family. Not to mention the smoke shop in the same building for all your smoking needs. Cheap cigarettes and amazing cigars. Your one stop shop for all your needs.”

“Friendly staff, prices are good and they go out of their way to order you specialty items if you need. Their hours are better than most places too. Never had a bad experience here.”
“Oh, dear, my cheese palate has been gentrified. We were offered tastes of whatever we wanted to try and omg what a game changer. Cabot is no bargain after I've had cheese so superior. Will have to put myself on a cheese budget. But it is easier to have less when the taste is so unforgettable. Great service. Just hope they get the sandwiches that they already sell in Marlborough. I live in Hopkinton and we could use some great sandwiches. My very own Italian sub is super-good (learned from a deli in Westport, CT, in the '70s. No longer there of course. Like McDonald's Subway has co-opted the best about our 20th century foods and turned it into some of the worst. It's great that there are no fast-food options here. If you have a few minutes and want to have some fun, go to Vin Bin.”
“This store is nice. The prices are surprisingly reasonable for such a small store and in Hopkinton. They have some interesting stuff too. The weekday hours are not posted exactly right. I went in well before the posted closing time and everything was locked up. Please post your real hours!”
“I owe so many thanks to this place! I was looking for a rare cider for my husband for Father's day, and after calling a handful of places who did not have it, this one also did not have it but offered to place an order for me! I called on a Thursday and they had a case ready for me on Friday afternoon! The look on my husband's face when I walked in with a case of his favorite cider for Father's day weekend was priceless! Thanks for making our weekend, and for being so friendly and kind throughout the process. When I went to pick it up with one of my littles in tow today they even walked it out and placed it in my trunk. I will definitely be back!”
“This is a great shop and an amazing family businesses. I highly recommend shopping here whenever possible. The owners go out of their way to support local businesses as well. Whenever you visit you are welcomed by the friendly staff.”
“I had a really great experience at Arcade Package Liquor. The store itself is very clean, organized, and easy to look around, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything is well stocked, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the place neat and welcoming.
What really made my visit stand out was the excellent customer service, especially from Sarah. She was incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional the entire time. She greeted me with a positive attitude, answered my questions clearly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. It’s not always easy to find customer service like that, and it made a big difference.
I also really appreciate that they follow the rules properly and check IDs carefully. It shows that they take their responsibilities seriously and care about doing things the right way.
Overall, this is one of the best liquor stores I’ve been to. Great selection, clean environment, and outstanding service from Sarah. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly store experience.”
