Rob was amazing in helping me choose the perfect size storage facility and answering all my questions. I met with Michelle the day I moved in and she was phenomenal — kind and patient. She answered all my questions, helped me pick out supplies, and took me to find my unit. Great service!!!

I LIKE THAT I CHOSE PRIME STORAGE. IT IS CLOSE TO MYSELF AND MY SON, SO THAT IF I EVER NEED ANYTHING FROM MY STORAGE UNIT HE IS ABLE TO GET IT FOR ME. THE PRICE WAS WITHIN MY BUDGET AND I FEEL MY BELONGINGS ARE IN A GOOD PLACE.
