The CVS store itself is good but the pharmacy is terrible. I've had autofill prescriptions in the "pending" status for weeks without being filled. Pharmacy staff has been rude on several occasions. The last straw was today. I had set up a flu and Cov1d 19 vaccine appointment at 9:00 am. Received texts at 8 am to confirm appointment and fill out questionnaire. Showed up at 8:50 am, go through the check in process, and am then told they are short staffed but they can do it after 1:30 pm. So took off time from work for nothing. Went across the street to Walgreen's and got an appointment for 10:40 am. Bye bye CVS!

Several times went to pick up a prescription sent in days before, wait in line for 20 mins, only to find out it's not ready bc they're days behind in filling scripts.

If possible I would give zero stars!!! When my poor mother received a text message that her prescription was ready she headed straight to this cvs to pick it up. Upon arrival she was told it was not ready after all, when she shared the message she had gotten with the women at the register the supposed temporary pharmacist interrupted them and proceeded to tell her he didn't know what that was about but he'd have it ready in 15 min... with that information she went to the store and 30 min later when she returned he proceeded to argue about how he never said that despite he fact there was a witness to what he said, causing a manager to take notice. When she came over she would not give us the district office number or the name of the pharmacist that continued to mock her during the conversation with this manager! My poor mother was trying to be respectful and pick up her medication promptly and turned around and was made fun of for her consideration! Clearly there is something wrong with there notifications system but more importantly there is something incredibly wrong with there complete lack of customer service!!! I just hope this message helps prevent someone else from receiving this kind of service!!!

Some of the staff are amazing very few are not helpful but the wonderful older woman who is always at front is absolutely amazing

This review is regarding the pharmacist, Chris. I called to check on a prescription and he just talked over me, was condescending, and rude. He basically told me the insurance wouldn't fill my prescription, because it was written incorrectly. I was very upset after the call because I'm 8 months pregnant, and would get very sick from not taking it. I called back a few hours later and was told there was absolutely no problem with the medication or insurance and it was filled in a half hour! Chris should probably be in a position not customer service related.

I was Just in CVS at East Bridgewater today and that "young blonde girl" is incredibly rude. The line was past the door and instead of helping, she was busy yelling at an employee who just came in and was trying to ask her a question. I was so upset for standing in such a long line there with her, as I watched her walk away from the front without attempting to help, but the way she spoke to that lady as if she was a "CHILD" was very unprofessional.

Last time I went to pick up my daughter's prescription, the pharmacy tech told me they didn't have my insurance, which I thought was strange because I'd filled the same rx there before and my insurance hasn't changed in years. After giving my insurance card and waiting about 10 minutes, the tech told me they did in fact have my card and that she just didn't realize it because the copay was high. Umm okay... Then after waiting in line again to pay, I realized the medication was half the dosage it should have been. The tech said "Well do you still want it?" and I said of course not, that I'd like to speak with someone about it. She sent me to wait in the drop-off line, where I had to wait another 5 minutes. Then the pharmacist finally came to help me. She looked in the computer and said they did in fact have an rx for the correct dosage (and was not sure why the wrong dosage was filled) and that she would fill the correct rx, which would be ready in an hour. Just a ridiculous waste of time.

The Pharmacy Staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. We had a really difficult time finding our daughters medication at other pharmacies around us. Not only did the have the medication she needed but the gentlemen who helped us was friendly and he went above and beyond to make our lives easier. Two thumbs up!

I'm not a huge cvs fan as I think it's expensive. This location has odd hours, which is too bad they are not open for the morning commute or earlier on weekends. But the pharmacy staff at this location are knowledgeable and have been helpful with questions I have had
