CVS is a pharmacy and retail store that offers a variety of services, including COVID-19 testing where available. The store often has a strange setup inside and can be difficult to find some items, especially since the pharmacy is frequently busy with long wait times. Customers suggest that the store needs more employees to handle the busy pharmacy. The self-checkout system is appreciated for its convenience. Many customers are satisfied with the pharmacy services, praising the staff for being friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They appreciate the notifications about prescriptions, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs, which help them understand their medications better. Overall, experiences with CVS are mostly positive, with customers mentioning no issues or problems with their prescriptions. However, some express frustration with the store's pricing policies, noting that CVS has reduced discounts and coupons, leading to less shopping. There are also concerns about CVS's efforts to expand its healthcare services, which some feel may interfere with their personal healthcare choices. Despite these concerns, many customers find CVS to be a reliable and pleasant place for their pharmacy needs.
Unless I go through self checkout my discounts from my cards are not applied. The cashiers do not check for coupons on your card. It's really frustrating.

Several times went to pick up a prescription sent in days before, wait in line for 20 mins, only to find out it's not ready bc they're days behind in filling scripts.
