The work that I had done, started out as something simple, changing a caliber which turned out to be an all day job due to a FEW defective calibers from the parts stores. William and the guys went above and beyond to get me right and stayed overtime. I left extremely satisfied and appreciative of their Tim and work. Thank you Easy Auto ?? ?

I've tried reaching out to Israel (owner) several times and got no response.I have included photos sent by Israel while it was at his dealership as well as photos I've taken since I purchased it.I purchased a 2016 Audi A6 Prestige from Easy Autoworks for $28,495 back in November of '21 which was fair market value for this car in excellent condition back then. I live in Perry Hall, Maryland and had it delivered to me. I relied on Israel being honest and transparent about the vehicle since I wouldn't be able to see it in person and photos don't always show all the detail we hope them to. It was wrapped in 3M cosmic blue over factory Mythos Black Metallic. He assured me that the paint underneath the wrap was in perfect condition. Besides a small dent on the left quarter panel, no other damage. And he didn't specify anything else or note anything particular in any photo he had sent me prior to me purchasing it. Before arranging the transport, I asked him to do a final check of everything, especially the brakes and bushings/control arms, to ensure no issues with my state inspection. He informed me that it did need a couple of control arms replaced and he would take care of it. That ended up taking over a week, much longer than expected. No problem on my end.Upon receipt, the first thing I notice is that the blue wrap is in incredible bad condition. It was clearly not cared for properly. Being in the vehicle graphics industry, I was able to somewhat bring it back to life using several different products after several days in the shop. The wheels had simply been spray-painted silver and were in absolutely horrible condition due to massive curb-rash. There was even overspray on a couple of the tires. Reconditioning and repainting them cost me $720.On the inside, every single piece of trim had cracks in it. Mind you, this is Audi carbon fiber trim which is approximately $2500 for a set.Fast forward a few weeks, I begin hearing a clicking sound coming from the drivers side front wheel/axle. After taking it to four (4) different shops, it's finally determined that when attempting to change the upper control arms, the previous owner/dealer could not remove the upper knuckle bolt, due to it seizing, which secures the upper controls arms in place. So they literally did the most negligent, dishonest, and careless thing possible. They drilled the entire thing out leaving a hole bigger than intended. At this point, the entire knuckle should have been replaced. However, it wasn't. When installing the new control arms, they used a larger, non-OEM bolt/nut, likely from Home Depot, to secure everything in place inside the knuckle. This could have been catastrophic do to the play that developed and the control arms nearly came free from the knuckle. A new knuckle cost $980 plus new control arms and labor, came to over $2500. Moving forward a few months, I finally have the time to remove the blue wrap so that I can rewrap it and get it looking acceptable. Besides the fact that whoever wrapped it didn't have a clue as to what they were doing, the wrap came off without damaging anything. The person who wrapped it used "3M Primer-94" on the ENTIRE CAR! Primer-94 is an adhesion promotor than should ONLY be used on very tight corners if at all. This made the removal 10 times harder than it should be. However, Upon removal of the front bumper's wrap, it was apparent that they completely ruined the paint and finish prior to wrapping it. Perhaps it was damaged, so they used body molder, sandpaper and then wrapped it to conceal the damage. So Israel again flat out lied to me. Now I'm in the hole another $800 to fix the bumper. So, my advise to whoever is reading this, avoid Easy Autoworks and Israel at ALL COSTS. It's not worth the headache (and wallet-ache). When we purchase a vehicle from a dealer, we expect it to be as expected. That's why we buy from a dealer, not a private party. In this case, it made no difference. In fact, it was worse. Most people have enough moral compa
