Great experience at Enterprise (Whitman Location). The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from the location again.

My wife and I just got married and had a honeymoon up to Canada and decided to rent a car from Enterprise as we had decent service previously in Whitman. We went to the rental car a little bit late the day we reserved it and found out that they gave away our car. We thought no big deal will come back tomorrow. The employees seem to look like they had never seen us before and panicked as we walked in seeing that they didn’t have a car for us to rent. They decided to give us an upgrade to an SUV which my first thought was we’re going on a road trip we don’t really want that because it’s probably not gonna be good on gas. turned out to be a good upgrade because it did snow in Canada a few weeks ago.The reason for the one star review is because of the customer service at this branch. I looked back and noticed that I had problems with customer service at this branch previously.when we did walk into the branch as previously stated, they looked at us like they didn’t know what to do. Everybody has a nonchalant look like they don’t care, and nobody ever smiled.The person that helped us with the rental agreement told us that it was gonna be 299 per gallon to fill up if we did not fill up the car come to find out when I come back from the trip it was 479 a gallon which in my opinion is a bait switch tactic, which is illegalPreviously from this branch, we have received text messages, asking how the car was and if we had any questions which I thought was a great touch all we got was two back-to-back text messages stating that the car was due the next day and we needed to bring it back.I was promised to discount of at least 5% which never ended up on the bill.Someone else’s, previous renters, transponder was left in the car called the branch, and they told me just to put it in the glove box. I could’ve charged all the tolls we went through to this transponder and don’t think this was right.I have called customer service three times and have spoken with three different people and they all say that they’re going to elevate my request for a manager to call me back and two weeks later I’m still waiting for a callback. Nobody’s gotten back to me and I find that a little ridiculous.Last thing was we got charged $40, $30 for tolls and a $10 service charge for using their plate, for tolls when we didn’t even have a transponder in the car and we used our own transponderWill definitely not be coming back here again. Enterprise is really needs to step up their customer service game.

I was never told I couldn't rent a car with a debit card because of a recent move so I had to make a new reservation. Strike 1.One of the tires had a leak I had to refill three times during the rental. Strike 2.I was charged a $25.00 fee because I used the toll transponder and was never informed of the charges until well after I returned the car. Strike 3.I will be using ANY other car rental company in the future. Enterprise, you lost my business for life!I was willing to leave well-enough alone but your constant emails asking for a review forced my hand. Hope this helps! <---- Boston sarcasm.

If your in need of a vehicle to rent this is the place to go!! Danny Alondra and all the rest of the crew over there ROCK!!! The cars are always clean (Thanks Lonny) and the rental process is always easy (Thanks Danny)!! They are always efficient and quick and I’m always in and out when it comes to getting in a vehicle!! Do i recommend this location ABSOLUTELY!!

I had a great experience at this location. I reserved a car the night before I picked it up. Went in and Aaron and Todd were great. Was in and out with the car in under 10 minutes. Checking the car back in was just as easy.

Just handed in my rental car and this was my second time renting from Enterprise Whitman. Both times I was very happy with the service from Danny, Ross, & Aaron. I needed to extend my rental a few times and it was very easy and seamless. I used to get anxious and ready for a difficult experience when going to a rental car company due to past experiences with other companies in other parts of the country and I was pleasantly surpised that this was not the case for Whitman Enterprise !I also witnessed two different occasions of those 3 going above and beyond to assist elderly customers who needed more explanation and help understanding the rental process. Definitely recommend !

just rented a car, it was clean, ran well, i checked the fluids at gas stops they were all good for the 1600+ drive, spent about $200 in the small car i asked for. the employees were nice, it went well. i didn't wait long but no one can give (unrushed/not pushy) service to everyone without someone waiting. or waiting for a customer to bring a car back. i'm a customer and will be again, they were kind and patient we as customers should be too. (sorry went on a rant after reading a review) (no i don''t know any of these people) (yes i'm in your head)

We can not thank the team enough for all the professional, courteous friendly service we received. When we arrived we learned the mid size we had reserved was not available — no problem—Sean did not hesitate & offered an upgrade @ no additional charge.On return we were greeted by Danny, Arron & Ross all just as pleasant & eager to assist with my question on the tolls we had gone through. Again all questions completely answered along with follow up numbers to contact.As a manager in the customer service field this team is truly the exception, Thank you team we wish you all the best.

Very nice people gave them a 4 because I think they should be open more hours on Saturday . All 4 men Ross,Danny,Sean and Aaron very nice to deal with very helpful and just all around nice men.

I was forced to rent a car because the car I purchased down the street was getting repairs.I noticed right away the endless phones ringing and no one answering them to a line of people while the employee was outside practically giving a speech to another customer on her rental knowing the people there have been waiting far too long to be okay…eventually it was my turn I rented, my total was $400.33 that was my daily, my ins, my deposit….Before the night was out I knew I would have to rent another day BUT before that was an option, I spoke to Ross he said nothing will be charged I had till noon on Thursday to decide well at 10:20 am my card was charged, I called, he said it was a mistake…but that mistake never got corrected before I knew I’d have to rent again for Thursday so I did, they charged AGAIN although now it’s twice for the same day… I did not have my vehicle but decided to return the rental 9:30 on Thursday night putting the keys in the drop box, I called x4 on Friday morning Danny each time said Ross will return my calls???? BEVER ONCE CALLED BACK CALLED AGAIN SATURDAY NO CALLS BACK NOW THEY ARE CLOSED AND ALSO CLOSED SUNDAY…My money is tied up, and card still being charged for a returned rental??????I work 6 daysNOW IM FORCED TO GO IN ON MONDAY AND DEAL WITH THIS!!!!!UnrealHORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
