Worst experience ever. My brother had rented this space for about a year and we were moving him out today. When we opened the door, so much of the ceiling had come off and was ALL over their stuff. It was disgusting. We had to spend tons of extra time wiping all of their stuff off, and even then furniture like their couch still had stains on it after being dusted. When we went to talk to the employees and see if they could get refunded or reimbursed for any of the damages, they said there was nothing they could do and quickly shifted the blame. Very disappointed with what happened the lack of customer service.

Signing up and accessing a unit was easy. The manager was extremely helpful in advising me on what would be a good space and explaining how to create an account to manage payments and being able to use my phone to open/close the gate.

After moving several times I've had to find storage in the area and this location was by far the best experience I've had! The management keeps the location spotless and is so friendly. I did not have any issues during the time that I rented space and would absolutely store here again if needed.
