I found the car I was looking for. The sales people were great. I asked for more photos of the car and the same day they sent me a number of photos of what I wanted to see. I was very satisfied with what I saw. I filled out the required forms and the car was delivered the next day. This was the first time I purchased a car without personally visiting the car. I could not ask for a better experience and was very satisfied with how the team performed.

if I could give zero stars I would.
We live in Indiana, found the car we needed. They were nice to us and answered all of our calls when we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Told us the vehicle was flawless, yadda yadda. When we received the vehicle from them, it was FAR from flawless. The entire side sliding door mechanism didn’t function at all. We had never used the passenger side door until 1 week later - the lock mechanism on the door isn’t working there. We have been calling them for days from our 317 Indiana area code and they haven’t answered us. Our friend from Washington called, they immediately answered. We were told yesterday by Chris that someone would call us back yesterday - no one did. We spoke to Sam today, after calling back, he proceeded to hang up on us after I told him I was sick of their shit. We are now having to get a lawyer involved because of their unprofessionalism and dishonesty.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN HERE FOR A VEHICLE!!!!!

Although not a scam, the terrible communication both to the customer and each other, lack of awareness, and the inability to speak in person with a representative is astounding. They wrote up a wrong contract for me, and it took them 6 weeks and an email advising them I would seek legal counsel before they paid the loan payoff of a vehicle I traded.

I just wanted to let you know how please I am with this pickup I purchase from you guys. I am not in the habit of buying a vehicle unseen, but this truck has exceeded my expectations of what I may have purchased. Being a work truck in its past history you would never have known it. I cannot believe how great of a shape it is in. Staff was friendly and helpful with the questions I had.

Waste of time. Incompetent and rude staff. They are 30 minutes late for appointment and give answers like “if you don’t like it, don’t buy it”. The car I came to test drive did not have coolant. I reported this to the manager and said that I could not do a test drive, to which they answered “don’t worry, we will do a full service when you buy it.” And they gave it to the next guy for a test drive. Of course, when he returned after the test drive, the engine was hot like Pamela Anderson in the 90s, the fan worked like an airplane turbine and the engine made a crackling sound. I wonder how they are going to do a “full service” for an overheated engine. All communication is over the phone, which is probably why managers behave too boldly and answer rudely when you start asking them questions.

I purchased an 04 Corolla back in April and can say that the car has been nothing but reliable! The team was extremely transparent about the process letting me know the steps exactly as they should be taken and never at any point put an ounce of pressure on me!
They gave me a great deal on my trade in as well as fixed up a few of the issues I noticed during my PPI and had them fixed before I had the car dropped off! Thanks again mass auto world!!

They called me to talk about 3 trucks I confirmed to see and didn’t know I was on my way. The salesman kept emphasizing how all the vehicles they have are 100 % serviced in top condition, they should reed their reviews, customers say not so.
