I just completed a home equity line of credit with Rockland Trust and I have to say the whole process was very streamlined and I had great communication throughout. In particular I dealt with Laura Lombard out of the Abington branch and she was completely wonderful. She not only helped me apply for the HELOC but she had helped me open a Savings and Checking account for my special needs son prior thereto and I loved her immediately.

I've been a customer now for just over 5 yrs, they are without a doubt the best bank I have ever used! Very helpful, especially when it came to explaining online banking to me, super patient explaining how everything worked!

Worst bank every overdraft fees are unreal. Was a customer for 15 years and even if you overdraft 2 dollars you'll be charged 75 dollars. They punish their long time customers who get direct deposit if you struggle a little bit. Now looking into other banking options with over draft protection that cover up to 200 dollars before any fees I don't know how this bank stays in business they are the worst. Thieves

I had nothing but decent visits here, and a few bad.. but last week topped the cake and instead of being a normal human being and flagging me down to let me know they were closing. They instead decided to lock the door as I was reaching the entrance. And proceeded to laugh at me. So I'm planning on closing my accounts soon and moving to another bank..
