Was great for a short period of time until coaches and classes would change abruptly without any notice to parents. Don’t bring young kids here as there is little patience, and the managers response to my concern about my obviously scared and upset two year old having to go into class alone without any forewarning (which myself and two other family members had been allowed in for over a month prior to this class) was to try and put her in the room and shut the door and let her cry.

Would not recommend classes for smaller children. I signed my 2-year-old up for a class expecting there to be a safe place for little people to tumble around in and it was open to the full gym where there is unsafe equipment. We only went to 1 class and I was just charged for re-enrollment. No one ever called to follow up on why he never returned to help make sure I wouldn't be charged for the next session. We did not get the experience we were expecting at all.

The sad thing is that the owners are nice but front desk workers are terrible. They're unpleasant and rude. The place has lots of potential but they book way too many classes in one space and it's too crowded. I can't stand when they have 5 classes going on in one space. It's too much. Most of the teachers are inexperienced and clearly don't like kids so it's a hit or miss. You either have amazing teachers or pretty terrible ones.

If you're not going to have your child on the competitive gymnastics team or dance, get ready to feel unimportant. The parents of the recreational classes barely get enough seating provided as it is but they'll often close off the entire upstairs to limit it even more. There are often so many recreational classes at a time that they have to share small spaces with little equipment. The pre-team classes are smaller with more instructors while the recreational classes get 1 teacher who is often juggling too much to actually teach the kids, rather have them do a quick activity and move on- whether they learned to do it correctly or not. They don't even showcase the "end of year" shows for rec classes when they get awards on their social media- all you ever see is the competitive teams. They seem to have added so many new classes but aren't trying to improve the ones already in place to actually teach the kids. For as much as they charge- it should be a MUCH better experience.

We held our child’s birthday party at all American and we could not be happier with the outcome. We cannot express how grateful we are to the staff. They were amazing with the kids and with the efficiency of keeping the party on time schedule. Thank you all again!
