ATI has been great so far for my shoulder/scapula injury. They have been timely and attentive to my needs. They spend the time with you while engaging in friendly conversation making it an enjoyable experience.

As a whole, this facility offers state-of-the-art help. I have never had a negative experience here. Colleen, my favorite person there, has a very Hands-On approach which is fantastic for the needs of my body. I've also seen Tracy, who, in my opinion, offers the best advice on exercises to practice at home. Everyone here is very friendly and personable. Quick to lighten the mood with a good laugh and great conversation. I highly recommend this particular facility :-)

I received excellent occupational therapy from Sabrina. I fell and fractured my humerus bone. My arm was in a sling for 6 weeks, and my hand stiffened to where I had little strength and could not make a fist. Sabrina worked with me to get me back to normalcy. She is most knowledgeable and I highly recommend her!

After two years of struggling with tendinitis I’m finally getting relief from the physical therapy provided here. I’m very optimistic about being pain free soon thanks to the care, instruction, and follow through from my therapist

I felt better before I went in. I was shown a couple of stretches and had a warm compress placed on my neck.... In and out in 45 minutes at $545 bill I do not recommend!

Lisa is a really fantastic Physical Therapist! She understands your medical condition and adjusts your therapy based on your individual needs and abilities! No cookie cutter therapy with her!

I have had four visits to ATI Physical Therapy in Wilbraham so far and am very pleased with the therapy and the place itself.Although an injury is not something anyone welcomes, the route to recovery is crucial.At ATI, the atmosphere is bright and the staff is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant.I look forward to continuing my healing process in their very capably hands.:

This is my 2nd time having physical therapy @ ATI, the first time, (2021), I wasn’t sure what to expect. The personnel members were quick to put me at ease, everyone was extremely professional and caring.I returned to ATI for a second time, (2023), some of the personnel members have changed but the professionalism is still there. Brenda (physical therapist), is very empathetic and a great person to have on your team as well as your physical therapist. I highly recommend ATI for any/all of your physical therapy needs!

Have been coming here for a shoulder injury and I have found it very helpful. The therapists there give a great range of exercises that feel like they really strengthen. And major points to them for being so awesome and kind to my three year old who I’ve been bringing with me. Thank you to Brenda and Rapy and their team, I appreciate you all!

Wonderful.People are knowledgeable, personable, and are on top of promoting health & healing.The facility is meticulously kept clean no matter how many people are present or have passed through.Wait time is minimal, and sometimes, if early, they begin ahead of schedule.

The occupational therapist Sabrina is wonderful, she is personable and very knowledgeable- did I mention that she takes her time to listen and really hears your needs, your aches and your achievements. I recommend this location for OT services 100%!

I recommend ATI on Cooley. Everyone is AMAZING!!!! I went through very hard time dealing with my injuries and not being able to work. I want to PERSONALLY thank Megan, Makayla, Donna, Jackie, Sarah you ladies made my life so much easier to deal with. Not only you ladies were amazing but very compassionate and caring and I want to tell you that you that you guys are very much appreciated by me and my family.
