Recently traded in and purchased a used vehicle, working with Tyree, Warren, and Chas. Tyree was very kind, calm, and not forceful or pressuring whatsoever. He was also very easy to converse with. Warren was kind and accommodating to my situation. Chas was kind, easy-going, and thankfully a big Patriots fan! My trade situation was unusual and they made it to very easily with no stress and a very quick turnaround. What a relief to have such an easy experience. Thank you!

Mike was a patient and thoughtful salesman in spending the time to keep me informed of all used vehicles that fit within my criteria. Took 5 months to find the right one and he and the other staff at Balise of Wilbraham were all pleasant to deal with the entire time.

My husband purchased a new Maverick truck 10/ 20 He had Justin Vazquez as his sales person. Justin was professional,courteous though out the entire process. Justin was knowledgeable and patient answering all hi question. He took his time explaining all the new features on the truck. My wife and Iwent back the next day to help her set up her phone to the truck. My whole experience was smooth and stress free. We are very pleased with Justin and the other staff at Balise Ford

I have not been to Balise Wilbraham, but if you are looking for a car, never contact them over the phone- just go in person. I reached out about a car and set an appointment that I could not make 6 months ago, and am contacted daily (phone calls, emails, texts) about getting in to see them and their cars. To the point where I blocked their number, they found my work email. I am concerned about their reputation if they are so desperate that they will not stop contacting. So annoying, and I wouldn't ever go there based off the sole fact that Mike is the most annoying salesman I have ever dealt with.

I was looking at a SUV that I like and Tyree Mack walked up and asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive, I really loved it afterwards and I purchased the vehicle. Throughout the whole process Tyree was very nice and professional and made the transaction easy and quickly. I was a new SUV owner in about 3hrs.

I’ve have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and my experience at Balise Ford in Wilbraham was one of the best. Matt and Warren were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. Matt was a pleasure to work with and Warren is a consummate professional. Matt and their finance manager (Chris I think his name was) stayed late to help finish the purchase process. My best truck buying experience was in 1984 when I bought my first F-150. 41 years later, I just experienced the same stress free joy of buying what will most likely be my last new F-150. Thanks to the team at Balise for making it a thrill.

*SAFETY WARNING* My steering stabilizer shock fell off a day after Balise Ford in Wilbraham had replaced my drag link on a 2022 F250. They either never torqued the nut or never put it back on. Steering isnt something to play with. Even if it was just a mistake, they should have some type of 2nd and 3rd check system in place to avaid catastrophic mistakes. Could have been deadly. Im not upset, just tryng to send the message out to prevent injury.

I am 64 and bought a few new vehicles over the years. This most recent purchase at Balise was by FAR the most pleasant and low stress vehicle purchase I have ever made. Justin was great, very knowledgeable, a pleasure to interact with and willing to go the extra step. Warren and Chaz also helped to make the experience enjoyable. Even after I signed the deal Justin did not let up and made sure I got the vehicle when he said I would, much appreciated. When I need another vehicle I will definitely return to Balise and would recommend it to any of my friends.
