“I only pay $30 per month, by choice, because there are 2 cheaper package deals. I get unlimited car washes and so don't the cheaper packages. I can, literally, take my car thru the car wash every single day if I wanted to. The vacuums are also free. These vacuums run super strong and powerful. They are brand new. They definitely do the job. Unlike other car washes where the vacuums barely have any suction at all. I would highly recommend!”
“A very good car wash service. There was no one when I went it was night. Excellent laundry area. Renovated and very clean. You pay $5.00 for the wash and it lasts 6 minutes, others are not like that. The vacuum cleaner is $2.00 and lasts 5 minutes. The water pressure is very good. I go to this one too when I can wash for longer. I like the space and comfort. Clean storage bins and everything very tidy. I highly recommend it.”

“Excellent, Excellent service!!! I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Josh. This was the second time I met him (two different locations both in chicopee). He went above and beyond to help me out. My car looked like my wife drove it through the jungle and there were no survivors. She actually parked under a tree and every bird in the state had their way with it. I don't know what was stained on it but it was reddish in color and dried up. I don't ever do reviews but Josh you deserve five more stars. Thanks again for your help!”

“I had found this to be the lowest price for a car wash around and I went here a lot. However, somewhat recently the price nearly doubled and now it costs about as much as going to Golden Nozzle, so my visits here dropped dramatically.
The blow drying as you're exiting the wash starts as soon as the main wash finishes. If you're getting a better wash than the "basic" then you lose out on dry time since you still need to drive slowly through the remainder of the wash to get the spot free rinse etc. By the time you get to the drying nozzles, half of your dry time has already expired.”

“UPDATE: changing this to 4 stars because I gave them another shot. Did the $20 wash (wishing I did the $5 wax add on this time though) my car looks amazing! Maybe they fixed their machine? Stay tuned for wash #3...Unfortunately paid $25 because I wanted a CLEAN car. My car looks like it did before I pulled in. Do NOT waste your money going here!”
“Decent wash to get the road salt and dirt off your car. Completely automated so no pre-wash scrubbing. Don't drive too fast going in or you'll miss the undercarriage wash.”

“For me, this is the best car wash by far. Does an amazing job compared to others. Especially since my truck is heavily modified in most places Won't let me through. This place at least has reason to notice their machines wouldn't get stuck on my vehicle. Been here dozens of times every time i'm in the area. I wish we had car washes like this up north where I live. Touch free is garbage”
