“Terrific people! I was buying out my wife's lease on her 2018 Subaru Forester. Having never done this before I needed advice and help along the way. I called Subaru financing first. I asked them what the best rate was I could get in this vehicle.? They said 5 percent. I had a very high score on my credit I asked this is the best rate I can get? The answer was yes. I then contacted my bank where I have been doing business for at least 25 years. They said they don't really get involved in car loans. Then I went home and got onto the PNCU website. I'm looking at rates for used vehicles. Thinking that I might not be reading their information correctly I called the Granby office. They transferred me to Sandy. I explained what I was trying to do. She said I was reading their rates correctly and that she could help. The rest is history. I have been recommending ever since. I will be using them again. Great job”

“I opened my accounts online with PNCU and stopped by the East Longmeadow branch (which was the closest to my home) as I needed assistance with the new accounts. My first impression with the service was outstanding. I was treated like a customer should be treated. And I was impressed that they had soft drinks and snacks available for their members to enjoy while they take care of their transactions. Most banks that I have been to in my 38 years of life have either a water cooler or complimentary coffee. Also the employees at this bank made me feel very welcome and that they valued me as a customer. I have tried other local banks and they were not the right fit for various reasons (poor customer service, monthly maintenance fees, or “strings attached” deposit requirements) but PNCU is going to be the bank I keep. I work in a customer facing job where I serve customers on a daily basis and the employees at PNCU deliver the same outstanding service I try deliver to my customers.”

Ever, from ANY employee at this location!If your experience was that bad, you should have asked to speak to a manager, not just put an anonymous negative review online, naming individual employees nonetheless.Welcome to 2023 I guess.I’m sure, as with most corporations, there’s probably systems in place that address these reviews.I would suggest the corporate powers that be, take RA’s with a grain of salt.They have a great team there.Always personable and helpful.And I’m not always the easiest person to deal with!That’s part of the reason I recommend this location to friends and family.And will continue to do so!”
