I stopped there for a birthday card - selection was minimal - but much worse, when my 4-year-old needed a bathroom, I was ignored at the pharmacy trying to ask if there was one, then the clerk sent me to her supervisor, and then the supervisor refused. I get that it’s not a public restroom but for a small child, maybe an exception could be made. Or at very least some compassion shown with any apologetic tone or suggestions for nearby places that I could have gone.

They never pick up and when they do they rush you off and hang up the phone on you instead of answering questions. The worst customer service ever! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I'd give zero stars if I could. The people working here are awful and extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy, don't waste your time with this one. The female pharmacist is on a high horse. Worst CVS ever.

When a cooperate store has such a low rating shouldn't something be done ? It seems that everyone has had a problem with the pharmacy. I've had multiple. If I could use a different pharmacy I would. But truly something needs to be done.

Have been sitting on hold for over 30 minutes with the pharmacy, trying to track status of my child’s epipen… which they should have ordered 2 weeks ago, and somehow had to replace the order on Friday when I showed up to see if it was available. CVS pharmacy is a joke

Every time I have a prescription filled I am told it will be ready a a certain time and I wait an additional hour and then go to get it and it still is not filled. I then have to wait another 20 minutes to get it

If you are going have your so called drive thru closed, take it off the website. So you're not robbing people if there time. For people that are sick or have kids or both and really need pharmacy drive-thrus open for business when they say they are open. And yes, at my work we are also understaffed, we still don't come up with an excuse to close part of our business for people really need it open.

Very unprofessional pharmacy staff who seemed to be annoyed that they have to answer the phone. You are told prescription will be ready in a “couple of hours” you go in a “couple of hours” just to be told that the medicine is out of stock. Supposedly they called to inform this but didn’t leave a voicemail. Very unprofessional. I will definitely be switching to another pharmacy (this was not my only bad experience with this pharmacy. I’ve had several over the years).

This location overall is abhorent. Went in and tried to find a cashier to ring me out and there was literally no worker I could find. And the pharmacy is just as bad if not worse, honestly I am shocked CVS as a company has not cracked down on this location yet because clearly there are very many issues present.

I took my 2 month old to get some passport pictures taken. The clerk was nice enough and patient with me and my newborn. There was another cashier who came along and saw me checking out and started spraying down the counters. It was so strong, I even started gagging that I had to pause and take my baby outside. She was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I do not appreciate her lack of regard

Pharmacy sucks. Every other business staggers employee breaks so they can remain open but CVS pharmacy on Boston Rd Wilbraham actually shuts down, turns away people waiting in line. Time to find another pharmacy especially since they don't even have good prices. Unbelievably bad service

I have been using this pharmacy for almost 20 years. I'm done. Prescriptions that used to be ready in 2 hrs now take 2 days. They can't decide if they have enough in stock or not to do a full fill. I rarely write reviews in anger but I'm making an exception because the terrible management of this pharmacy, that used to run so smoothly, is inexcusable. Particularly considering that so many people rely on lifesaving medications from a now unreliable source. My family will be moving our prescriptions to another town.
