There is no access gate here so if you need access to your things in the morning or evening you are not allowed. I would rent one down the street. I wish I did.

COMPLETE & TOTAL SCAM! If you love your stuff DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. YOU COULD BE 30 Mins late and next thing you know your stuff being auctioned with no phone call email text message no nothing. Customer service is trash. Don’t waste your time or money!

Ever since they changed this place to extra space it’s become a joke. They bring up your rent every few months by $40-$50 and don’t let you know until it’s time to pay the bill yet you go online and their prices are significantly less than that they are charging you.
