“Such a cute place! And wonderful people. I had a great experience today. The ladies were very helpful and so kind. They made me and my sister feel very comfortable. The atmosphere gave me a very warm and welcoming feeling. My sister and I came in today looking for Jelly Cats. Jelly Cats are a brand of stuffed animals. They are very hard to find in person. They are all sold out online. So my sister and I came here and they even had the new ones! When we first came in one of the lady’s came straight up to us and knew exactly what we were looking for she told us she knew because of our age. We are 18 and 19. I like that they pay attention to their customers likes. They told us right when they saw us they said to each other JELLY CATS! and I thought that was so cute!! She then helped us and showed us all the Jelly Cats. Once she showed us them she said she will give us time to look at them. I did not feel rushed at all! And we found the perfect ones. We are doing a Jelly Cat exchange for Valentine’s Day with our friends and I am so excited. I am thankful for the help I had today to make our galentines day so special.”

“Delivery person, Robert I believe, was concerned that the arrangement would be ruined if he left it outside. We weren't going to be home for a while. He called and I gave him instructions over the phone on how to get in the garage. He asked if he could put the arrangement in the spare refrigerator in the garage. He took time to rearrange the shelf space to make sure everything fit. Very kind and considerate. You should be proud to have an employee that caring”

I live a few states away, so I had to do it over the phone. Jody was so incredibly helpful and patient.

She walked me through her stock with photos/videos, took my order remotely, and even offered to deliver the items since my mom lives not far from the shop.

And then she went even further above and beyond my expectations with the absolutely amazing packaging she did (see pic).
