Bill made it wicked easy during the process of buying a washer and dryer, he made sure to explain everything we were buying and we were comfortable with our purchase. I would have put 5 starts but when we had to purchase them the girl up front, Zahara could have been nicer though. 5 starts for bill in the back though.
