Follow up from my previous review of Home Depot. We are still waiting on a phone call to cancel the claim. The phone call was promised by 5pm that day. We are now 7 days later and no attempt to reach us. So very disgusted with the lack of interest this company has for resolving an issue ( that they created) for their customer.

if you are planning to special order windows or doors don't bother. Their receiving department/staff is a joke. They damage every single unit that comes into that store. The managment make excuses for them and them makes broken promises to the customers to resolve the issue.

I have to give Trisha (sp?) a shout out - she was at the contractor's register area and was extremely personable, helpful and informative. First time ever that we didn't have to wait forever to find someone for help and she was extremely helpful!
