Went to Wilbraham location last month and purchased washer and dryer set. The company they use tried to deliver a broken washer and I declined it. I went back to the store and asked for a manager immediately and some young adult kept talking over me when all I wanted was so speak to a manager, he tried to put me on the phone w the washer manufacturer. Finally after he got me a manager because he stated he was done dealing with me. They refused to give me my money back until 48 hrs because it had to be recieved at the warehouse first. This isn't the first time I had issues w the Wilbraham store. The college/high school kids who are working at the customer service desk act like their entitled and your inconviencing them.

Follow up from my previous review of Home Depot. We are still waiting on a phone call to cancel the claim. The phone call was promised by 5pm that day. We are now 7 days later and no attempt to reach us. So very disgusted with the lack of interest this company has for resolving an issue ( that they created) for their customer.

The Home Depot In Wilbraham MA on Boston Rd could improve substantially if the Associates were made to wear there masks (and Properly over their noses) like the customers are obliged to do. I find it disrespectful that the UNMASKED Associates would show in this way how little they care about the customers they are waiting on in such close proximity.

if you are planning to special order windows or doors don't bother. Their receiving department/staff is a joke. They damage every single unit that comes into that store. The managment make excuses for them and them makes broken promises to the customers to resolve the issue.

I have to give Trisha (sp?) a shout out - she was at the contractor's register area and was extremely personable, helpful and informative. First time ever that we didn't have to wait forever to find someone for help and she was extremely helpful!

A friend bought a new stove that was to be delivered today. Older couple had the old one already removed, took time off from work to help. Got a call truck broke down maybe they will bring it Wed. Not acceptable. I guess once they get your money you're not a priority.

Liz at the pro desk was great! She helped us order all the items needed for a roof job and explained the differences between products. She was very friendly and honestly the best experience we have had at any home depot!

Just went in to buy patio furniture. No carts. Carried the table and chairs with my husband. Table didn't have a tag on it. Between the two women checking us out brighter of them could figure it out and wouldn't sell us the table. They didn't send anyone to go get a table with the tag on it so after 16 minutes of "we don't know what to do" my husband went back carries the table and we finally checked out. Awful customer service

They could add some staff to help customers. I waited for someone to come help me in the tile department this morning for almost a half hour. They could also open more than one register with a person running it.

If I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't..... Yesterday morning we went to rent a rototiller and used my debit (bank card) for the hold. Within an hour we were back over there because the machine didn't work. It was within an hour because it takes us 20 min to get home and 20 min back to the store.
