My last car was totalled after someone ran a red light and took off the entire front of my car. The payout process from my insurance company turned into a mess, and I was terrified I wouldn't have the money to buy a beautiful Toyota camry that was on the lot. Mike Kaplan vouched for me that I would have the money in time for the payment. He is the sole reason i have this car now. He put his job on the line to make sure I'd be able to get the car I desperately needed. He knew I was freaking out and he told me everything would work out. It did. I don't think I can ever thank him enough.
Extra 5 stars to Mike for spending hours cleaning up a stain on the driver's seat for me too. Dedication.

My Sonata recently bit the dust so I had to shop around for a new car. I finally decided to get a 2021 Camry. My salesman Goncalo Costa was extremely curtious, friendly, and helped with any questions I had. Most of all he and the finance manager Rich were not pushy at all (which all can appreciate). Overall I had a fantastic experience, and would absolutely recommend them and Goncalo Costa anytime. Thank you for your professionalism and the curtesy I recieved. 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely would never recommend! Brought the vehicle for my tires and maintenance. When checking the vehicle in the rep asked what service would I be getting. Mind you I scheduled my appointment online so what I asked for was already put in. That already had me anxious. So they did a service but not what I initially asked for as it came up to 50.00 less than what I viewed as the price online. The first evening I get it back it was ok the next day being the first time it was on the highway the front driver side tire comes off. Im googling everything that can cause this and it all leads back to whomever serviced the vehicle not replace the parts back on correctly. I was going to bring it back but thought how silly of me to have them look at it when they are the ones who caused damage in the first place!

I like this place, can recommend. This would be a fine place to purchase your next vehicle or service your Toyota. Staff here are friendly, service department is stellar. No complaints, but an area specifically for kids would be a great addition to your store. Thanks to Cassie and Riley, keep up the good work.

Dealership in overall okay. Not bad - sharing my review on latest interaction with service department.
I made an appointment for my 2019 RAV4hybrid,
a tire rotation and state inspection for Saturday (September 7, 2024)
at 10:30 AM. I arrived at the dealership service bay at 10:15 AM. After completing some quick paperwork, I went to the waiting room. Around 12:30 PM, I texted the service guy asking for an update, and he replied that the car was just waiting for the state inspection. I waited until 1 PM when everything was finally done and drove off the lot at 1:15 PM. I think that was way too long. My suggestion for others is to get your state inspection done somewhere else, as combining it with other services can take too long. Maybe they were short on technicians that day; I don’t know. Just sharing my real experience—3 hours for a tire rotation and inspection.
PS: by the way , some advisors really good. Very pleasant to work with. Some are very helpful.

Do not I repeat, do not buy a Toyota. From this dealership, they don't know their products. And after the sale, nothing I got an E. V. And it's the worst thing then you could buy, especially from a place that does not know anything about this vehicle.
Stay away. From toyota EV's and from lia Basically, I got deceived never again. They won't even help me to buy back this vehicle. Giving me a low ball, trade inn value. It left a very bad taste in my mouth and to stay away from any toyota

I Had a good Experience at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham. The sales consultant Roger Larocque was great! He was very professional and patient and worked with me for as much time as I needed until I found the right car for myself. I highly recommend Roger!

I wish I did not have to write this review, but I find it necessary after the business practices I experienced over the last four weeks. I reached out on a 24 Tacoma, which was available. I presented that I had a trade, and was notified, because it was a BMW they would have to have their SM/GM reach out to BMW for a value. I was promised an estimated value within 2 days and was persuaded to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle. I was aligned a sales rep, who texted me all excited, knowing he had a fully paid cash sale in the bag. Here's where it took a turn. 3 days went by, no communication. 5 days went by, "we are still working on it" 10 days went by and they finally came back with a 4k wide range on the trade (aka upon arrival they'd lowball). During this time I had called and texted my sales rep 4-5x, knowing they had my deposit and no one would answer - he did not answer or a return a call once. I requested someone else to work with and got a snark remark from the sales rep via text. After receiving my deposit back after getting the run-around, I tracked the truck and it was delivered. I reached out and offered to buy the truck cash. I was told the truck was not for sale to me. All around crazy business practices, of holding someone's deposit, not communicating for 10 days after being promised an answer after 2, and then being told the truck cant be sold.The dealership would get 0 stars, but gets 1 star because Shane in internet sales was good, and Alek, my new sales rep was professional and understood the level of frustration and the runaround I was just put through. 7 people in my family drive toyota and will be lifetime clients, but not at Lia.I would not buy a vehicle here or trust them with your deposit, or to deliver a vehicle successfully.

Everybody here is very nice, and they take their time to make sure you understand what will be happening. The approximate time they give you for service is usually pretty spot on! I highly recommend Lia Toyota!
