i was at the westfield ma store purchasing and electric stove and the customer service was top notch the store manager and sales rep did everything in their power to help me fix my situation i can also say that they really went the extra mile i can continue to write about this expirience really appreciate wht they did would have me for a customer for a long time

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Manny’s in Wilbraham. Matt in sales was patient and took his time in making sure I was getting the right fridge to meet my needs. The delivery guys were amazing, very friendly, attentive and even made sure to not leave back any packaging material. Unfortunately the door was damaged but when speaking to Michael in service he made sure that it was resolved timely. Overall great experience, would highly recommend!

I could not be happier with Manny’s. I used to do business with them many years ago and loved them back then. But with online shopping, I ended up going with another retailer since it was easier. Well, I found myself in a mess with this other retailer. They delivered a defective stove which was identified while their drivers were still in my house. They made no effort whatsoever to rectify the situation, and I was so flexible- any brand of stove etc. I was about to have a huge sit down dinner for 25 people in my house within the next two days. The other retailer told me there was nothing they could do for several weeks, even though it was their defective stove.I called Manny’s late at night and left a message.Their salesman called me back first thing in the morning, and by 7 o’clock the next morning, they delivered the exact same stove for the same price.A week and a half later, Home Depot still has not picked up the defective stove after several emails and 12 phone calls - about six hours on the phone. HD still has not reached out to me or made any effort To offer solution or rectify the situation., And I’m just asking them to take the defective stove away. lolI will always do business with Manny’s going forward, ALWAYS.Thank you, Manny’s for your exceptional customer service and for saving my dinner party!!

We decided to try Mannys when our dryer died. We had a great experience all around. Chris is a great, helpful salesman with a lot of knowledge of the products they sell. Add to that the help and general friendliness the whole staff gave me when my truck broke down in their loading dock and I had to wait for a tow truck, you have a new repeat customer. Went to Mannys Greenfield store hoping to buy or order a bake element for my oven. The entire staff were as friendly as could be. They didn’t have the part and instead of telling me they’d order it and make a few bucks, they told me where to call and have it shipped right to me! I don’t remember names, but all great people!

Recently we purchased a wall oven to replace one from the 90s. The entire experience was easy, effortless and required minimum extra steps on my part. We had our own professional install done which was easy to set up. I have now purchased both a washer and dryer and now an oven from Chris Santucci, the experience is always this smooth. I’ll be back for a fridge and a cook top. Thanks also to the delivery team, not an easy job and done well.
