Mower runs excellent. But the hood was destroyed when it went in for service. Richard said the plastic is brittle. Just fell apart. He's not paying for damages. Won't go back there.!!!

I stopped for directions to Delmore Circle, Richard took time from his work and made sure where it was. He found directions on his phone and pinpointed me in the right direction. I can,t thank him enough. He didn,t know me and he could have easily said he had no idea, but he went out of his way to help me. a true gentleman, easy to see why he,s been in business for so many years. Walked up to get tires mounted, was turned away as they said it was 50 bux a tire to put on. Spartan auto does em for 20 total everybody! Seems very racist here!

Brought our snowblower in for repair but was told it couldn't be fixed, but he could dispose of it for us. Imagine our surprise when 2 weeks later he has it out for sale!

Have had my snowblower tuned up twice here and both times very smooth and easy. Richard picks it up, services and returns promptly. I've been happy with him - convenient, nice to deal with and does a good job.

Owner is DISHONEST! I dropped off mower with an employee at the shop to have drive belt replaced and strictly stated I did not want a tune up or anything else done to my mower - just the drive belt replaced. The employee even wrote on my slip "Drive Belt Only". When I call to see if my mower is ready, Owner tells me its all set but the starter is going and mower doesn't sound good and makes a clunking noise when running but he didn't fix these because he was told not to. Great, I'll be in to get my mower and I will fix these issues myself and ask the total for the repair: $185. Owner did not say anything about replacing the spark plugs or adding oil during this conversation or even when I picked up my mower! I was originally quoted it would be about $155 for the job and thought it was more maybe since the belt was difficult to get to which is the reason I couldn't fix it myself and just took longer than expected. Fine. When I pick up my mower I go pay $185 and then load my mower. When I looked at my invoice, I was charged $60 for the belt, $90 for labor, AND $35 for "add oil & spark plugs". I did not authorize any additional work on my mower and the owner would not refund me the $35. Told me the mower would not run and had no oil in it and that I was going to blow up my engine. This is ALL A LIE! I was mowing my lawn when the drive belt snapped so the mower still ran, just wouldn't move since the drive belt broke and before mowing I always check the oil! I argued with owner over this additional $35 and he told me well its not like its $300. Not the point! You charged me for something my mower didn't need! Nor did he give me back the old spark plus to prove he actually changed them like every honest shop does! Owner is rude and has extremely poor business ethics! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHADY SHOP AT ALL!!!!!!!!

Stopped in to see if they could change 2 lightbulbs for me. The owner, Richard had me in and out in 15 mi min.! I found out that they have has and THEY pump!!! I will DEFINITELY be going back!!

did tune up and did not event replace fuel filter, call and ask him why he said we only clean filter, did guy is the worst and must be living day by day, so bad business practice.

Richard did a wonderful job repairing my rider! He picked it up and returned it when finished. I am calling him again this season!
