Couldn’t be happier! I had a hanging light that was not purchased from Simply Electrifying that I needed the cord lengthened on. It was a small job on a product not bought from them, and they communicated with me throughout the couple week process, got the modification done at the perfect time, and treated me as if I was a much more serious customer.

This is NOT a big-box store! The service is beyond friendly, and they offer merchandise that is the reason discerning individuals shop local. Excellent repair on my old lamp. Check out their custom-made shades.
