Hard to get through to anybody for many months. Tried today... 40-minute hold only to be rudely and abruptly placed back on hold, only to be HUNG UP ON. Listen..If a patient holds for that long, the least you can do is TAKE CARE OF THEM.

I have so many other things I can be doing with my time other than waiting on hold. I hope the shareholders of the corporation that is running this doctor office are saving so much money by not hiring people. I hope they are so rich! I tried to reschedule a dermatologist appointment and I waited on hold for 21 minutes only to be told that I need to call another phone number. That phone number was not on Google Maps when I looked up the dermatology clinic. I’ve complained to the doctors. I’ve complained to the phone operators. They all say that they know about the problem. They have been saying this for months. Go to a doctor who is not part of a f*%king corporation.

My daughter is 3 non verbal autistic and Cherrella is amazing. She is kind, supportive, doesn't make you feel stupid, and thoughtful about the patient and thier needs. While having problems with referrals from my previous pediatrician, Dr cherrella got my daughter the care and tests needed without me having to call and search for specialists. Her care has increased 10 fold and is in programs with specialist that I would not have been able to get without her. The wait times are manageable and when my daughter starts to get antsy they get her in a room right away. I love this place.

I used to love Riverbend. Now that they have partnered with Trinity health, you’re on hold for 20 minutes everytime you call at least. The costumer service has def gone out the window.

Normally used the Springfield & Chicopee locations, with which I was very happy.Needed a quick appointment for sick child. Was delighted with their staff & doctor.

I went to Riverbend Medical group and the employees were very helpful with customers and the employees keep the place very clean and I'm very impressed with the way the doctors take care of their customers and the service is very good and I would go back their again and I would recommend Riverbend Medical group to everyone to go to for good service.
