“It's a nice store and what I really like about it is tgat it appears to be a mom and pop TJ Maxx minus the luggage and some stuff. They have lots of clithing and some home decor. It's s nice shop. I just got some stuff there.”

“Oh my GOODNESS!! I absolutely LOVE this shop and Maria! I am 60 and haven’t had a bra fitting in forever and finally realized I needed a fitting because gravity lol. I made an appointment online and Maria confirmed with me. I went with my husband and we were the only ones there (he sat in the lovely back room) so I felt very comfortable. Maria is so SO nice and made me feel comfortable which I appreciated; she funny too! She did my measurements and sure enough I was wearing the wrong size bra: I am not in fact a 42D ?. I told Maria what I like: support and full coverage. She picked several choices for me and I tried each on. I ended up selecting a traditional underwire with a really pretty pattern, and surprisingly I picked the structured scoop bra from Evelyn & Bobbie. It is akin to a sports bra (no wires, pull on over the head). OMG. That one is LIFE-CHANGING! The fabric is so, so soft and it fits like a DREAM. I am a 38DDD so I thought I could never wear a bra like this, but boy was I wrong. So so flattering and comfortable. In fact we just got home and I ditched my old ill-fitting bra for the scoop bra which I am wearing as I write this. And trust me, I immediately take off my bra when I get home everyday. I won’t be doing that with this bra. Anyway, I will be telling all my girl friends about The Bra Ladies Boutique. It was about a 45 minute drive from our house but totally worth it—and after we went to Rein’s Deli for Ruben’s. Thank you Maria- I will be back!!”

“I can't say enough wonderful things about the manager and employees of this Gap Store. My mother and I originally were running errands in the Longmeadow Shops. But anyone who goes to the Longmeadow Shops knows, it turns into a whole day event being at this place. Every store had a friends and family event sale going on. I was in need of some new fall attire, specifically a corduroy skirt. To save time, I did a quick search on my phone. Of course, it provided me with the gap located in the Longmeadow Shops after being there for almost 3+ hours shopping and dining. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by welcoming employee. I asked her where the particular item I was looking for was. She directed me to skirt section. Immediately looking at the section, they did not have the particular item I wanted. I went up to the front desk to see if they were able to order the item to ship to my house. The manager and employee looked up the item via the sku # from my phone on their pods. But they were unsuccessful in locating the item within the entire gap stock. We all found this odd since we were physically looking at the item on my phone. They then called corporate, turns out it is a Gap Factory Store item. I honestly had no clue between the difference of the stores, especially considering they had a J.Crew Factory Store in the Longmeadow Shops directory. Nevertheless, both of them understood where I was coming from and was extremely nice about the whole situation. All in all, they did locate and order the skirt I wanted through Gap Factory. I would like to add they were the only two employees I saw working on 11/2/2019 around 7:00 p.m. handling the entire store. Both of them simultaneously were managing the store (ringing other patrons out, answering questions, etc.) and dealing with the representative on the phone for over twenty minutes. Additionally, they honored the deal that was going on in-store at that time (40 to 70%+ an extra 20% off)! I was only going to order one skirt, but with the deal, I decided on purchasing two for the price of one. I highly recommend anyone to go to this store. It was my mistake that I did not know this was a factory store. But, instead of the employee/manager turning me away, they made sure I was able to purchase my intended items with a discount. I did not catch both of their names at the end, but they are complete rockstars at this store. I highly recommend anyone who reads this review to go, too. The store was large and was well stocked with women, men and children clothing.”
