“We had used Sitterly for a move 6 years ago from the western Mass to Cape Cod. They did a great job then so when we had need for another move we called them again. I didn’t think they could improve their already great service but our latest experience was even better! We had no stress at all! Since our move was complex in nature, general manager Brian and sales rep Joe came to our home on Cape Cod to help us plan our move. Besides our home, there were 2 different locations we had belongings in storage. It was a huge move for us but due to the detailed plan Brian and Joe created, it was stress free!They did a fantastic job and their crew was very good natured and accommodating. “We went to web sight picked out which storage size we needed filled out paper work sent it & we got a return message within 5-10 min..all set with storage location site number & code to get in.went the next day to bring some of our stuff Did all that Sunday late & brought our stuff to our storage site Mon. Morning. Code to get in worked our site had lock & keys inside waiting for & our storage was clean & ready for us. We had called manager Monday morning with a couple question answered phone & questions right away.told us the lock was there he made sure we knew were to go & if we needed him he’d be right @ office. Very nice”
“We moved our parents from Amherst to Billrica and took some of of their stuff to Lowell. If you want a move done right ask for Odimir, or Jose, with there worker CJ. They worked very hard, but efficiently, smartly. It is crazy how good and hard working they are. The price was fair the reservation was straight forward and made sense.If you need to move. Use ideal movers.”

“Tanya was super nice and easy to talk to when I originally called Moove In. She was very patient and answered all of questions I had and provided directions since I was new to the area. When it was time to cancel, Chris was amazing at helping me navigate the cancellation! I’ve now discontinued service as I’ve completed my move, but if I ever need to use a storage facility Moove In would be my choice! Much nicer and more transparent than other facilities I’ve used in New England. When I needed to switch to a larger unit at short notice, they accommodated my needs I was immediately granted access to the size I needed. Pricing is extremely fair as well!”

He got me a different kind of lock for my space since I couldn't figure out how to use the existing one and the place had spaces available when I needed them and every other place was full up when I had to move.”
