“I purchased a used Hyundai Elantra a year ago. The staff were responsive and resolved several problems that emerged over six months of the warranty period. Unfortunately the engine began to have problems a few months after I bought the car because of what turned out to be a Hyundai design and manufacturing flaw; and was subject to a recall by Hyundai. Hyundai would not honor their 100,000 mile warranty because I was not the original owner. Nicky D's honored their used car warranty and replaced the engine with a used one. I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to make good on this problem. My car now runs perfectly. I recommend their dealership.”

We didn't have a car at that time he was kind enough to give us rides couple of time. He guided us well throughout the process and is very friendly. Although he took the full responsibility of getting the car fixed if it did not passed the inspection, but it cleared anyway.”
