“I’m a half hour from home and my car starts making a loud thumping sound. I pull over to the side of the road and google the closest auto shop and it tells me to go .9 miles to TM automotive. These guys turned what could’ve been a very crappy day into an afternoon of smiles. Not only were they friendly when I walked in, but they got my car up on a lift right away to at least tell me what was going on and then when they diagnose the issue one of the guys took a late lunch to fix the problem for me because it would’ve been dangerous for me to drive away with the car the way it was. They even suggested a great sandwich shop down the street for me to walk to and have a bite to eat while they fixed my car. I’m finishing my sandwich and I get a friendly text letting me know that my car is all set to go. In less than two hours, they fixed my car and then when they asked me to pay for it, the price was more than reasonable. I’ll be back again. These guys are awesome.”
