Nice to hear the workers sit there calling customers stupid if they can't ring themselves out when they're never around if anyone needs help of any kind. I had to go to a different register and rescan all my items last week cuz no one was around to approve the medication I grabbed so I couldn't get it for my gram. Just easier to go to Walmart or even th North Adams store cuz it's surprisingly much cleaner and more organized. They new managers here don't do anything besides sit in the back and complain anytime I walk in lately.

Place is a little dirty, but staff are helpful and this spot is very useful if you need any last minute things. Id like to note that they have a very limited selection, if you're searching for a specific brand of something, you may be out of luck.

This store has continued to slide downwards. Aisles are jammed with racks and racks of 'stuff', including broken down cardboard. Messy, dirty, unorganized. Throw in the horrible self-serve checkouts and shopping here is total frustration. The only good thing the store has going for it is the overworked, stressed out store manager. She does everything she can but I'm guessing she is spinning her wheels in trying to make this store customer friendly.

Had what we needed, staff was polite and friendly and we checked out in minutes even with a good number of people checking out. We all kept our space.
