Very rude shopkeeper. I’m an alum of the local college and had shopped there twenty years ago and the guy was so sweet. The woman there now had a horrible and lazy attitude. Buy something or get out. Well I got out and will never darken their door again.

Horrible customer service, assumed we didn’t have the money to buy what we wanted, refused to clean my ring and wouldn’t size my finger. We took our business to the other jewelry store in Williamstown where the owner was extremely helpful

Two other jewelers couldn't fix my watch band, but Karen did. When I asked how she managed it, she just smiled and said "Well, I took it apart and put it back together again."

Mrs. Goodman is the BEST and I've been going there most of my life. When I was a kid trying to get my mom something nice and paying with a bunch of ones she'd help me find something beautiful in my price range. When I was a broke college student and bought my brother a pair of fancy cuff links I could barely afford she engraved his initials for free. She knows EXACTLY what kind of jewelry my mom and like so when my (clueless) dad goes in to buy one of us a present Karen always picks out the perfect gift for him. Recently she was able to repair my engagement ring, and made the stone more secure without damaging any of the beautiful detail work (which another jeweler had told me was impossible). Her customer service is superb which is why I still like to go to her even though I live three hours away.

Karen is a wonderful, helpful owner. Friendly service. Great with gift suggestions. My husband went in before Christmas and picked something out for me. When he brought it to the register Karen asked "Is this for your daughter or your wife?" He told her it was for me and she told him "Your daughter likes those kind of earrings, but your wife would like these other styles better." She was absolutely right! A lovely assortment of moderately priced, attractive jewelry. Something for everyone, especially Williams College students and alum.

Great selection for graduation gifts. They have a great selection of watches. I usually get baby gifts that can be engraved. If she doesn't have something you need it only takes a couple of days for you to get what you need. Holiday time she wraps gifts for the customers which is one reason I like it because no one likes to wrap. She takes credit cards or cash. Repairs jewelry too. I find them to helpful with choosing gifts as well. This is the place when you give a gift from here it will be cherished. Marilyn works on Sunday's she is also helpful. Can't say Enough about her.

Very unfriendly service. I am just beginning a watch search and wanted to try out and measure the lug to lug lengths on various watches to see how they fit because I have very small wrists. I told the shopkeeper this and that I wasn't decidedly buying anything yet because I like to do lots of research first but wanted to check out her selection. As soon as it became apparently that I wasn't going to immediately buy a watch (I research everything heavily before spending money), she became very unpleasant to deal with and essentially kicked me out instead of being at all helpful despite having no other customers and nothing else to do. Would not reccomend supporting this establishment, and if my watch needs servicing I will absolutely send it out to someone instead of bringing it to them even though they are the only jewelry store in this small town and would be the most convenient.
