I have to say,as soon as you enter the room, it was smelling very strong of urine. There were small holes in the bathroom wall. I had to cover them up with tissue paper. The blankets were itchy. I thought it was just me but then my wife and kids told me that they were itchy too.The lady that gave us our room was very nice considering that we were in need of a room. However, the service did not overcome my disappointment over the quality of the room. We couldn't stay. We left at 3 in the morning.

This isn’t a fancy hotel, but it totally met our needs. Clean room, super friendly staff, and unbeatable price. Convenient to both Williamstown and North Adams.

I don’t understand the good reviews! The most vile experience of my life! Filthy, old, smelly rooms. Obviously a welfare hotel by the clientele. Very sad to see a young girl outside smoking at 10pm with her little boy running all over the parking lot.1 star because I wasn’t murdered.

Very run down and outdated. Needs major renovations and updating. No heat in our room. Only 2 cold cereals and hard boiled eggs with juice at continental

Literally spent our very first night here after moving to Williamstown... The owners knew that we were in the middle of selling our house in NC and moving to the area... Knowing all if this the motel owner was still very rude and yelled at my husband and I because we were 30 mins late checking out. To top that off the price was too high for the quality and cleanliness of place. We went 20 mins south to Pittsfield and stayed at a different motel (The Berkshire Inn) that was much cheaper, more clean, and overall better. I could not recommend staying here... If the owners give out substandard rooms and have that kind of attitude about people who they know are new to Williamstown I can imagine how they treat visitors to town?

The room was clean. The beds and rugs are new. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was basic but good. And the price was very reasonable.

You get what you pay for. Room was clean, but looked old. The room we had was in a separate building in the parking lot that looked like it was built as an afterthought. The floors felt like they were hollow like it was built on a platform. The folks running the hotel barely spoke English. Thank goodness it was for only one night. Next time we'll spend the money on the pricey hotel.

2 star motel. You paid for what you get. The towels looked thirty. The motel cleaned them but you still can see all towels has stains which none of us dear to use it. Other than that, it was a fine place to stay and go next day. It's probably better to bring your own towels or get from Walgreens next door. This is a good location too.

Roomas are dated but clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything worked as it should. Good shower and towels. Flat screen tv, refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast included waffles and syrup, bagels and other pastries cereals and juices. Cold water bottles and coffe too.

The maid was very kind, so it gets 2 stars instead of 1. It should be $60 or less on weeknights to earn a higher rating. No microwave, slow wifi, not friendly office staff. Suggest you take the city bus to another place for $2 if you're a hiker.

Room was spacious, but there was a few problems in the bathroom! There was a dirty towel left hanging on the door, conditioner, but no shampoo. Pool was not opened during the first weekend, a very hot weekend, of June. Staff didn't seem to care about the dirty towel.
