Room was old and not very clean. Dirty rug, musty, run down. Should not be a room in a three star hotel. Disappointed. Would not recommend.

I stayed here because everyone else was booked up. Prices are reasonable for the amenities offered. I especially enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, after a long day of traveling around it was the perfect way to unwind. There is a volleyball court and bocce ball area. I also noticed a fire ring with chairs around it. The rooms themselves are kept clean, and beds were comfortable. The manager Joe is a super friendly and very helpful. All around great guy. The hotel offers a country home vibe, and you feel like you matter when you walk in. It not like those huge corporate hotels where you are just a key card. They also have free wifi which helped a ton! I will certainly go back and encourage others to give this place a try!

Great place it's cozy and feels like home I've stayed here a lot in the past few years and its even better now with the new ceiling tiles and air units and the volley/racquet ball court is fun to use and the pool is warm! Can't beat a dip in heated pool! It's nice to open the window and hear the stream out back. Coming here Since 2022 and still loving this place 👌🏻

I really loved this place. Has a lot to do with what a nice person the manager is. But also, a very cozy spot with a well-maintained pool tucked into beautiful woods. Clean, friendly, no hassle. I’ll be back!

Google will not let me attach the photos to this review. I will keep trying to upload them.
Made this booking on Priceline for $178.72 (see photo), was billed $195.54 from the company (also see photo). The additional fees were for housekeeping ($8), credit card charge ($5.04), and additional taxes (about $4).
Got a phone call the morning of check-in, asking what time I would be there. I said between 8-9pm, and was advised our key would be in an envelope on the front desk. Okay, cool, no problem.
Arrive around 8:30pm, find our envelope without any issues, entire place is deserted. There's 2 cars in the parking lot, all the rooms are pitch black, and we see nobody the entire time we are there. Mind you, it's a Saturday night in May. Our room is #8, first floor.
We stayed less than 1 hour. There was mouse droppings around the bed, candy wrappers on the floor, mouse droppings and chewed food wrappers next to the dresser, hair in the shower, debris and cob webs on the canopy. The wiring for the wall light was plugged in next to the bed, and sent through an opening drilled into the wall. Remember, we were charged an additional cleaning fee prior to ever arriving; where'd that go? (See photos of the above)
We left a note with the key when we left, regarding why we left because, again, no staff or anybody around. We called Priceline that night for a refund. Will never stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for Williams College graduation. Joseph really helped to make sure that everything would work for my partner who is in a wheelchair. It was as a short drive from Williams campus and in a beautiful area- it even had car charging- I will stay here again on my next trip to Williamstown.

This would be fine if it were inexpensive, but it was not.As I have experienced in other motels, forget trying to watch television. There was an issue with the room, but the very responsive and friendly employee took care of it.

We were disappointed to find that this place is not really a country inn, but more like a run-down motel, and not a clean one. The grounds look nothing like the photos on their website. It was depressing and we found another place to stay that was much much nicer for a comparable price. We had booked ahead and did not get our money back. I hate to leave a negative review, but the false advertising for this place makes me angry.

Small hotel, friendly staff, decent continental breakfast. Nice sounds of a creek nearby. Rooms were quite pricey but that was a given for the time of our stay after a big concert. I edited my review after the owner said they made changes, however, I would note that they do NOT have new wood floors in ALL the rooms, as the owner said in a different review.... specifically number 22 which had carpet in a basement and the concerns I stated in my original review. I thought I was being polite leaving a 4 star review rather than a lower one and giving my honest opinion in the comments. I would suggest the owner take a full detailed tour of their property, and maybe stay there a few nights before claiming reviewers are trying to sabotage them. I will not be staying there in the future to see if the changes were made, but I have to laugh at the owners reply to another review, claiming that people enjoy the smell of dampness.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Room is dilapidated. Low ceilings with stains on them. Everything is very outdated and in bad shape.

Very cute, rustic, homey motel, tucked in the woods next to a babbling brook ? Employees were nice and friendly. Everything was very clean! Didn't use the pool, just because it was a bit on the cool side. Cute gazebo and picnic tables. Only issue was that the office is closed off & on, but you can contact them by phone. Very pleased overall! Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely be back!

Owners were very friendly. The bed was one of the best I have slept on in any motel. Bathroom was too small with no counter space room was dated but clean and comfortable. Nice little creek out back. Good value.

Chanced upon this Inn on a road trip from Iowa to Maine. It is right down the road from the Clark Art Institute that I wanted to visit. I inquired from the road and the very helpful manager, Joe, got everything coordinated and check on my progress throughout the day. He put me in a lovely room with a great king mattress and beautiful bedding. A welcome stay and great sleep along my trip. Some good breakfast and conversation in the morning and plans to again stay when I next pass through lovely Williamstown and hopefully stay longer to enjoy all it has to offer. Recommend.Rooms: Great bed and sleep.

I had an amazing time staying here. The area is so scenic, you can hear the stream while walking around and leaves rustling. It’s a perfect getaway and great for kids with a pool and badminton area. The rooms have a cute rustic bed and breakfast vibe with matching rustic bathrooms, and a tv in the room. The couches in the common room are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever felt and there’s a large flatscreen tv with streaming services.Joe the manager was great too, very accommodating. Overall highly recommend!!
