The staff member at the UPS store in Williamstown mass was extremely versed and different types of returns and help me throughout the process. He was kind, considerate and patient and I will go there for all of my needs in the future.

This is a great store. Usually super fast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always a smile and greeting. A thank you and have a good day in the way out. Eye contact. It all makes a difference.
